Terms and Conditions of Tradies "WIN an iPad" draw

HOW TO ENTER
To enter the draw, you must "Like" Tradies on Facebook and enter all mandatory fields on the "Win" tab
There is a limit of one entry per person (one email address and facebook like)
Entries are valid from the date of entry until the conclusion of the promotion
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Entrants must be over 18 years of age and residents of NSW
The draw is not extended to Tradies employees or family
Competition opens Monday 16th July and closes at 11:59pm, 31th October 2012
No entries will be accepted after 11:59pm on the 31th October 2012
All fields on the entry form are mandatory. Tradies uses this information to a) Contact you if you are the winner, and b) Send you electronic newsletters about our special deals and competitions
Tradies will not sell or give away your contact details
This prize is non-refundable, non-transferable nor redeemable for cash or other goods or services
No additional or ancillary costs (e.g. internet connection) are included
The winners email, Tradies membership card and photo ID must be produced to verify your identity before prize is handed over
This draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or associated with Facebook or Apple Inc.
HOW TO WIN
The final draw will take place at the Sutherland District Trade Union Club Ltd (Tradies), 57 Manchester Road Gymea NSW 2227 at 12pm on the 1st of November 2012
The winner will be drawn randomly
The prize winner will be notified by e-mail within three days of the draw. The winner will also be announced on facebook.com/tradies
The Promoters decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result
THE PRIZE
A 16GB Apple iPad
If for any reason the winner does not take the prize or any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then the prize or any element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash. No part of this prize can be used in conjunction with any other offer. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash

Tradies will take no responsibility for prize damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
