How to enter and conditions of entry
1. Participation in and gaining the benefit of this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. This offer is open to all Australian residents who are registered holders of a Priceline Sister Club card or those who sign up in store during the promotional period. Holders of a Priceline Clubcard are also considered Priceline Sister Club cardholders. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian.
4. The competition commences on 30/08/2012 at 9:00:00AM, and concludes on 30/09/2012 at 11:59:59PM (promotional period). All times are AEDT or AEDST.
5. The entry mechanic for the Promotion requires entrants to spend $40.00 in any Priceline store and scan their Priceline Sister Club card at the time of transaction to receive one entry. Every $40.00 spent in store and scan of their Sister Club card is another entry into the draw. If a customer is not a Priceline Sister Club cardholder at the time of their transaction, they can sign up to Sister Club in store before making their in store purchase of $40.00 or more to receive one entry into the draw.
6. Priceline Beauty Club members will receive two entries into the draw when they spend $40.00 in store and scan their Beauty Club card. Every $40.00 spent in store and scan of their Beauty Club card is another two entries into the draw. If a customer is not a Priceline Beauty Club cardholder at the time of their transaction, they can enter the promotion and receive two entries into the prize draw if they sign up to Beauty Club in store before making their in store purchase of $40.00, the $25.00 Beauty Club membership fee contributing to the $40.00 spend that is required to enter the promotion.
7. It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their Priceline Sister Club or Beauty Club card membership details, including their postal address and/or email information, is correct and up to date when entering this promotion. By accepting these terms and conditions, card holders consent to have their details updated with any new details provided for this competition. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
8. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
How winners will be determined and notified
1. The winning entries will be randomly drawn at Res Publica, Level 6, 7 Macquarie Place, Sydney, NSW, 2000 on 08/10/2012 at 10:00AM AEST.
2. The major prize will be drawn first, followed by the minor prizes.
3. Res Publica will utilise an electronic draw system that has been approved to draw trade promotion lotteries electronically subject to and in accordance with the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 2008; Approval no: 906
4. Major prize draw winners and runner up prize draw winners will be notified in writing by email on the day of the prize draw, and names of the winners will be published on
www.priceline.com.au on the day they are drawn. The winners' names will also be published in The Australian on 18/10/2012.
5. If any prize is not claimed by 5:00PM AEDST on 14/01/2013, the winner's entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws at 12:00PM AEDST on 15/01/2013 at the same location as the original draw. The winners of this draw will be notified in writing by email and the names of the winners will be published on
www.priceline.com.au. The winners' names will also be published in The Australian on 21/01/2013.
6. If any redrawn prize is not claimed by 01/03/2013, those prizes will be forfeited.
Prizes
7. There will be one major prize including:
• Two return economy flights from the winner's nearest Australian capital city airport to Hong Kong Airport, Hong Kong
• Five nights accommodation for 2 people in a luxury hotel located in Hong Kong
• Spa treatment for 2 people in Hong Kong at maximum cost of $400.00 in total
• Return transfers between Hong Kong Airport and hotel
• $5,000.00 spending money to be paid to the winner in the form of a Commonwealth Bank of Australia Travel Money Card
• The following important terms also apply to the major prize:
• The prize does not include insurance, in-room video, telephone, mini bar or other incidentals including, but not limited to, meals, hire cars, additional spa treatments. Any costs in excess of the inclusions noted in these terms are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
• The travel and accommodation components for the major prize will be booked by Res Publica Pty Ltd on behalf of the prize winner. The timing for when the travel will take place will be agreed with the winner after they have been notified of their prize.
• Prizes may be subject to terms and conditions of third party providers, including the terms and conditions of the airlines, hotel or other service providers.
• The prize winner may be required to present a credit card at the time of check in.
• Any conditions attached to the airfare will be advised at time of booking. The prize must be taken as a single trip booked by the Promoter and is based on two people travelling together at all times. The prize winner (and their companion) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together.
• The Promoter recommends the Winner and their chosen companion take out appropriate travel insurance for their period of travel.
• The prize winner (and their companion) are responsible for their own transport to the nearest major airport.
• The prize winner and their chosen companion are responsible for gaining permits to travel including passport and visa.
• The winner must take their prize within twelve months of it being drawn.
• The major prize is valued at $14,300.00
• Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses are the responsibility of the winners (and their companions) including but not limited to current passports, visas, meals, spending money, transport to and from departure and arrival points, transfers, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions and all other ancillary costs.
• By entering the competition, and by collecting a prize, the winner acknowledges and accepts that driving, travel and any other activities comprising the prize, are inherently dangerous and may result in death, injury, incapacity, damage to property or other losses. The Promoter is not responsible for any acts of god, such as adverse weather conditions or industrial action or civil commotion that may occur whilst the winner is travelling. It is the responsibility of the prize-winner to enquire about local issues and conditions at destinations prior to travel. The Promoter does not guarantee that the winner will enjoy the travel prize or be suited to the type of travel prize that is offered.
8. If the major prize winner is under the age of 18 years at the time of claiming the major prize, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or legal guardian on behalf of the prize winner.
9. There will be ten runner up prizes including:
• Five Apple iPad 2 - 16GB Black with Wifi, and cases valued at $398.00 each.
• Five pamper packs including a pamper voucher to Endota Spa to the value of $200.00 each. If the prize winner is not located within close proximity to an Endota Spa, they can choose to receive $200.00 worth of Priceline products instead.
• Total runner up prize value is $2,990.00
10. Delivery timing and method will be agreed with the winners after they have been notified of their prize.
11. Prize winners are responsible for contacting the appropriate provider and booking their own appointments when redeeming any vouchers. The Promoter does not take responsibility for any cancellations or changes in booking that may result in forfeiting the appointment and fee. Prize winners are required to adhere to the specific policies outlined by the provider.
12. Other costs associated with redeeming a prize are not included, including transport, accommodation and other ancillary costs associated with redeeming vouchers and gift cards or attending any event or activity. Any unused balance of the vouchers and gift cards will not be awarded as cash and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the issuer. Redemption of the vouchers and gift cards is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the tickets, vouchers, gift cards and websites. It will be the winner's responsibility to make their own way to any event prize at their own cost.
13. The prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoter to insure any products.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
15. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at
www.priceline.com.au. The Promoter will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
16. The contact details of the winning entries may be passed onto a third party for prize notification and fulfillment.
17. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related companies will not accept liability or claims relating to or in connection with this promotion, including, but not limited to, death or injury to any person or loss of property, and any change in value of the prizes occurring between the publishing date and the date the prizes are claimed.
