The Competition starts 22/08/12
and ends 5.00pm 31/08/12 AEST. The Competition is open to Australian and New Zealand residents only aged 18 years or older. The Draw will be conducted at 79B Scarborough Street, Southport, QLD 4227 at 11.00 am, 04/09/12.

Facebook entry: Entrants must first 'Like' the
www.facebook.com/DiscoverQueensland page then fill out the form supplied on the Discover Queensland Facebook App. Entrants who refer THREE friends to the competition by sharing the SUPPLIED link will have their name entered twice.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any voucher that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) during participation in the experience (e) any featured venues in the offer being cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; (g) quality or availability of any featured venue or (h) loss of opportunity to redeem the voucher because the customer failed to make a booking with the chosen in the timeframe stipulated as part of prize description, or failed to cancel
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, change or substitute a reward with another reward of equal or greater value.

Prize Conditions
Prize will be awarded in the form of a holiday accommodation certificate.
Flights are not included in the holiday prize.
The holiday component of the prize must be booked and taken within 6 months of the date of issue. Holiday certificate is valued at the nominated amount. Prize cannot be taken during Australian school holidays, public holidays or other peak periods/special events.
Altered, lost or stolen certificate will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Certificates are not redeemable for cash and must be redeemed before the expiry dates specified.
Spending money, meals, insurance, transport, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
The winner (and his/her companions) is responsible for ensuring that they have valid travel documentation with them.
Credit card security or a cash bond will be required upon check-in at the resort.
Maximum occupants is up to 4 people. Extra people or room upgrade will incur additional fees.
If for any reason, once the prize has been booked, you do not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
