2. The Promotion commences at 9.00am AEST on 2 March 2012 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 4 September 2012 (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is open to any Queensland resident aged 18 years and over (Entrant) that accurately completes the requested details in the online entry form at the NRMA Insurance Website
www.nrmabroncospromo.com.au (Entry). One Entry only is permitted per Entrant. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission of any Entry.
4. Entrants will be entered into all Prize Draws for which their Entry is received before 11.59pm AEST on the relevant Closing Date specified in clause 6.
5. The Prizes are:
a. (Grand Final Glory Prize) Two tickets to the 2012 NRL Grand Final, 2 return airfares between the Winner’s nearest capital city and Sydney, 2 nights’ accommodation in Sydney, 2 tickets to an NRL pre-game function and $1,000 spending money. The Grand Final Glory Prize is valued at $10,000 and 1 Winner will be drawn in accordance with clause 6.
b. (King for a Day Prize) Eleven tickets to a corporate box at a Brisbane Broncos game where the Winner and ten guests will enjoy all facilities and services of a corporate box including complimentary food and beverages as well as a visit from a Broncos player. Each King for a Day Prize is valued at $7,500 and 3 Winners will be drawn in accordance with clause 6.
c. (Backyard BBQ Prize) One Winner and nineteen guests will get the opportunity to host 2 Broncos players for one hour at the Winner’s home on 28 July 2012 (exact date and time to be confirmed) including the supply of BBQ equipment, food and beverages. Date and time is subject to change and the Winner’s home must be deemed suitable for the event and be located within one hour of the Brisbane CBD. The Backyard BBQ Prize is valued at $5,000 and 1 Winner will be drawn in accordance with clause 6.
d. (Train with the Team Prize) Two tickets to a one one-hour training session at the Brisbane Broncos Training Venue in Red Hill where the Winner and their guest will train with 2 Broncos players during the week commencing 25 June 2012 (exact date and time to be confirmed). Each Train with the Team Prize is valued at $500 and 10 Winners will be drawn in accordance with clause 6.
e. (Toss the Coin Prize) Two tickets to a Brisbane Broncos game where the Winner will meet the captains of the competing teams, toss the coin prior to the commencement of the game and receive a 2012 NRMA Insurance Broncos jersey. Each Toss the Coin Prize is valued at $2,000 and 10 Winners will be drawn in accordance with clause 6.
f. (Dinner with the Team Prize) Two tickets to the Brisbane Broncos Club Awards Night to be held on 6 October 2012 (exact date, time and location to be confirmed) where the Winner and their guest will enjoy dinner and entertainment. The Dinner with the Team Prize is valued at $1,000 and 1 Winner will be drawn in accordance with clause 6.
g. (Signed Merchandise Prize) One signed 2012 NRMA Insurance Broncos jersey. Each Signed Merchandise Prize is valued at $500 and 12 Winners will be drawn in accordance with clause 6.
The total Prize pool is valued at $AUD $69,500. Prizes will only be distributed in Australia and all components of the Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise.
6. The Prize Draws will be conducted at 12.01pm AEST at 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW on the dates set out below. For each Prize Draw, the table below sets out the Prizes on offer and how the Winner of each Prize will be determined.

7. Winners will be contacted within two days of the relevant Prize Draw and sent written confirmation which will provide details of how to claim their Prize and the date by which they must claim their Prize (Prize Claim Date). Winners’ names will also be published on the Website.
8. Due to the time-sensitive nature of the Prizes, if a Prize is unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter will conduct a further draw at the same time and location as the original Prize Draw in order to distribute any unclaimed Prizes (Redraw). In the case of a winner of a Redraw, they will be contacted within two days of the Redraw.
9. Due to the nature of the Prizes, the date on which the Prizes are to be taken may be changed due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control. While every effort will be made, the Promoter reserves the right to change the date on which any Prize must be taken.

10. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
11. Neither the Promoter nor Facebook are liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotion or taking the Prize and Entrants release both the Promoter and Facebook from any such liability. Further, the Promoter is not liable for any additional costs associated with the taking of a Prize - including transportation and meals - and any expense incurred beyond the specified Prize will be the responsibility of the Winner. The Promoter advises that dress codes may be applicable to the taking of a Prize.
12. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
13. By entering this Promotion, Entrants are providing personal information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the Promotion is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Entrants agree and consent to the Promoter:
a. using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion, redeeming the Prize and any other matter connected to or incidental to the Promotion;
b. using the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and promotional campaigns, in any media including email and SMS, unless an Entrant otherwise withdraws their consent to the use of their information in this manner; and
c. using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and for any other purpose at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
