Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only
open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
Each entrant acknowledges that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook and that Facebook has no responsibilities in relation to the competition.
The promotion is
open to residents of Australia.The promotion commences at 12:00pm AEST Tuesday 21 August 2012 and
closes at 4:00pm AEST Monday 10 September 2012.
There is only one entry per person permitted.To enter the draw of the promotion, participants must visit the promotional Wotif.com Facebook tab 'The Hotel Games' at
www.facebook.com/wotif/app_177395345646836, enter their details: name, email address, telephone number, state or territory, region and sign-up to Wotmail.
Automated entry software or spamming that allows an entrant to enter multiple times is prohibited and all entries submitted by that entrant will be deemed invalid.
All valid entries will go into a random draw which will take place at 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064; week one (1) of the competition (the Brisbane prize) will be drawn for three (3) winners at 3:00pm AEST Monday 27 August 2012, week two of the competition (the Sydney prize) will be drawn for three winners at 3:00pm AEST Monday 3 September 2012, and week three (3) of the competition (the Melbourne prize) will be drawn for three (3) winners at 3:00pm AEST Monday 10 September 2012.
Week one (1) of the competition: the first valid entry drawn from the Brisbane prize will win one (1) night accommodation in a superior one (1) bedroom suite and breakfast for two (2) at Quay West Suites Brisbane (value = AU$540); the second valid entry drawn will win one (1) night accommodation in a one (1) bedroom apartment and breakfast for two (2) at the Sebel Brisbane (value = AU$550); and the third valid entry drawn will win one (1) night accommodation in a Sebel premium room and breakfast for two (2) at the Citigate Sebel King George Square Brisbane (value = AU$725).
Week two (2) of the competition: the first valid entry drawn from the Sydney prize will win one (1) night accommodation in a bedroom city view deluxe and breakfast for two (2) at Quay West Suites (value = AU$657); the second valid entry drawn will win one (1) night accommodation and breakfast for two (2) at the Sebel Pier One Sydney (value = AU$840); and the third valid entry drawn will win one (1) night accommodation and breakfast for two (2) at the Citigate Central Sydney (value = AU$395).
Week three (3) of the competition: The first valid entry drawn from the Melbourne prize will win one (1) night accommodation in a superior one (1) bedroom suite and breakfast for two (2) at Quay West Suites Melbourne (value = AU$540); the second valid entry drawn will win one (1) night accommodation in a studio suite and breakfast for two (2) at the Sebel Melbourne (value = AU$450); and the third valid entry drawn will win one (1) night accommodation in a Citigate room and breakfast for two (2) at the Citigate Melbourne (value = AU$450).An unclaimed prize draw will take place at 3:00pm AEST Wednesday 10 October 2012 at 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064 should any winner of the main draw be uncontactable.
The Prize Voucher is valid until 28 February 2013 and is subject to the terms and conditions stated on the Prize Voucher. Bookings made with the Prize Voucher are subject to availability and block-out dates at the time of booking.
The Prize Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.
All Accor Pacific general terms and Conditions of sale and the terms and conditions specified on their voucher apply to the use of the Prize Voucher. These include: please present your voucher upon request of service. This voucher is in exchange for the services stated, is not transferrable; is not redeemable for cash and cannot be sold, donated or gifted. All reservations are subject to availability. Block-out dates, minimum nights stay and booking conditions may apply.
The Prize Voucher does not (except as expressly stated) include; flights to and from the accommodation destination, transfers, other transport; meals or beverages; telephone charges; incidental hotel charges (such as min-bar, telephone calls, in-house movies, food or beverages); spending money; insurance such as travel or health cover; vaccinations or other medical or health related services; any other ancillary costs which may be incurred by the winner or their guest in relation to the prize trip.
The Prize will be arranged by the Promoter. The Prize is to be booked through the hotel specified on the voucher (and a part of Accor Pacific), with details of the booking to be finalized prior to expiry.
In the event of cancelling the Prize, 100 per cent cancellation fees apply and the Prize will be forfeited.
The maximum total value of the prize pool is AU$5,377.The winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.

In order for you to participate in this promotion the Promoter (and not Facebook) will collect your name, email address and phone number. The purpose for collecting this personal information is to enable the Promoter to administer the promotion. By entering this promotion you agree to receive Wotif.com's email newsletters and you agree that the Promoter may use the aggregate information collected from the competition for related research and marketing purposes. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
