Your entry into the "Get to the heart of your next adventure" Contest (the "Contest") is subject to the Contest Rules, the following Legal Terms and Conditions, and all other guidelines, terms and conditions stated elsewhere on this site and all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations, including but not limited to all laws respecting intellectual property, trademarks, copyrights, rights of privacy, pornography and defamation. WINNER SELECTED BY BANFF LAKE LOUISE TOURISM
A panel of judges from Banff Lake Louise Tourism will select the winning entry. The winner will receive a Trip for Two from either Sydney, Melbourne of Brisbane Australia to Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada, including economy airfare, transfers in Alberta and hotel accommodation and various activities. All decisions of the judges of the Contest will be final and binding. The prize-winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release.
ELIGIBILITY
The "winner" and their travel partner must be available and able to travel to Banff, Canada during the 2012/2013 winter season between December 1, 2012 up to the 30th of April. Failure to use the prize by this date will deem the prize forfeited, the "winner" will not be eligible for any compensation of any kind.
The contest is void where prohibited by law, or where the registration or filing requirements of any state or local jurisdiction have not been complied. The contest is not open to employees of Banff Lake Louise Tourism or its promotional partners.
DEADLINE
Contest entries will be accepted starting 9:00 a.m. EST on Thursday, July 26th, 2012.
All entries must be submitted online by noon EST on Monday, August 31, 2012.SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRY

WINNER NOTIFICATION
Banff Lake Louise Tourism will announce the contest winner on Friday, August 31, 2012 via the Banff Lake Louise Tourism Facebook page and website.

Banff Lake Louise Tourism reserve the right to remove contest entries if the content does not promote the partners' core values, including content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate.
Each entrant agrees and grants Banff Lake Louise Tourism, and their promotional partners permission to make available and display/perform and otherwise distribute entrants' names and contest submission in all media in perpetuity without compensation.
