“LANCOME”competition TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into the competition is free and constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Consent of parent or guardian should be obtained where a minor may be a participant in the competition.
4. The promotion commences at 10.00am AEST on 24th August 2012 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 28 th August 2012 (Promotion Period).

6. The first fifty (50) eligible entry drawn from the entries received will win aTresor rollerball 10 ML fragrance which will be posted to them to the Australian address provided by the prize winner.

• In the event that any component of a Prize is unavailable for any reason, subject to State legislation, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that Prize component with another prize of equal value and the Prize Winner will be notified accordingly.
• Date prize to be taken: within 6 months
• All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants' names and emails for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
10. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
13. FRENCH TOURIST BUREAU PTY LTD will retain the prizes until the winner claims them. In the event that the prizes are unclaimed six (6) months after the draw, the FRENCH TOURIST BUREAU PTY LTD will conduct a further draw on the 24th of february 2013 for the disposal of unclaimed prizes.
