1.   To form a valid entry into the OZtrail Father’s Day Competition, ‘the competition’, the potential entrant must provide the requested personal details.
2.   L E Whittaker & Sons Pty Ltd trading as OZtrail Leisure Products ‘OZtrail’ will only use the collected personal information for the purpose of operating the competition.
3.   To form a valid entry you must:
•   Be a resident of Australia.
•   Have a physical mailing address within Australia.
•   Be over 13 years of age, and have the permission of a parent to enter the competition if you are under 18 years of age.
•   Be A fan of the OZtrail Facebook Page, ie. Have “liked’ the OZtrail Facebook Page.

4.   The sole prize for the competition is an OZtrail Lachlan Swag (CSW-LAC-D) valued at $459 at Recommended Retail Value.
5.   Each Facebook fan may enter a maximum of once a day.
6.   A bonus entry is awarded when an entrant's friend enters the contest after the initial entrant has entered the competition.
7.   A winner will be drawn at random.
8.   The winner will be notified by electronic mail of their winning entry.
9.   The winner will have 7 days, from the day the notification email is sent, to claim their prize.
10.   If the prize remains unclaimed, the competition may be redrawn at OZtrail’s sole discretion.  Such redraws will occur until a valid winner is declared and the prize claimed by the winner.
11.   Contest closes at midnight AEST August 31, 2012.
12.   OZtrail may, at its sole discretion, and without right of appeal, disallow any singular entry or all entries from an individual.
13.   Staff, suppliers, customers and those associated with OZtrail are disallowed entry into the competition.
14.   The prize is not redeemable for cash, nor transferable.
15.   OZtrail shall be held indemnified by the entrant, or any individual attempting entry, for any perceived or actual loss that the individual may incur as a result of entry, or attempted entry.
