Submit!Nappy Hunt Rules - Updated August 8th, 2012 1. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY in order to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Open only to residents of Australia and New Zealand.
3. Enter the Cloth Nappy Hunt by completing an online registration form -- limit one registration per valid email address and physical address. You can register any time between August 15, 2012 and midnight Australian Eastern Standard Time on September 30, 2012. There will be 5 Sponsors of the Day, hosting an Icon between August 27 and August 31. The Cloth Nappy Hunt main event will officially start at 9:00 a. m. Australian Eastern Standard Time on September 1, 2012 and will end at midnight Australian Eastern Standard Time on September 30, 2012.
4. Anyone finding the Icon at a Sponsors of the Day site on their designated day will go into the draw for that Sponsors prize. Winning a Sponsor of the Day prize WILL NOT disqualify you from the main prize draws.
All Icons found during September will count towards the main prize draws. Eligible entries will be entered in the Ultimate Grand Prize, Grand Prize, Extreme Grand Prize, First Place Prize, Extreme First Prize Second Place Prize, Extreme Second Place Prize & Daily Prize Drawings. Diaper Decisions and Cherub's Kiss will first draw the Extreme Grand Prize Winner. All unwinning entries will be entered into the Extreme First Prize draw. Diaper Decisions and Cherub's Kiss will then draw the Extreme First Prize winner. All unwinning entries will be entered into the Extreme Second Prize draw. Diaper Decisions and Cherub's Kiss will then draw the Extreme Second Prize winner. Eligible entries will then be put into the main draw, and Diaper Decisions and Cherub's Kiss will then draw the Ultimate Grand Prize Winner. All unwinning entries will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing. Diaper Decisions and Cherub's Kiss will then draw the Grand Prize Winners. All unwinning entries will be entered into the First Prize Drawing. Diaper Decisions and Cherub's Kiss will then draw the First Prize Winners. All unwinning entries will be entered into the Second Prize Drawings. Diaper Decisions will then draw the Second Prizes. All unwinning entries will be entered into the Daily Prize Drawings. Diaper Decisions will then draw the Daily Prizes, starting with September the 1st and working their way to September the 30th. Each Daily winner will be ineligible for the remainder Daily drawings.
To be eligible for a Nappy Hunt prize draw you must visit participating sites between August 27, 2012 and September 30, 2012. At each site you must find the nappy icon hidden on the site, click on it, go to the Verification Page and enter your e-mail address. This is sent automatically to the prize database.

Everyone that finds a Sponsor of the Day Icon between when that Sponsor is announced and midnight of that day, goes into a random draw to win that Sponsors prize.
The first person to find all 147 Icons wins a prize, valued at approx $90 Retail Value. This person will not be eligible for any additional prizes.
Anyone finding all 11 Extreme Icons at participating sites will be eligible for the Extreme grand prize drawing. One Extreme grand prize will be awarded, valued at approx. $300 retail value. The Extreme grand prize winner will not be eligible for any additional prizes.
Anyone finding 8 Extreme Icons at participating sites will be eligible for the Extreme first prize drawing. One Extreme first prize will be awarded, valued at approx. $200 retail value. The Extreme first prize winner will be ineligible for an additional prize.
Anyone finding 4 Extreme Icons at participating sites will be eligible for the Extreme second prize drawing. Two Extreme second prizes will be awarded, valued at approx. $150 retail value. The Extreme second prize winners will be ineligible for an additional prize.
Anyone finding all 147 Icons at participating sites will be eligible for the ultimate grand prize drawing. 1 ultimate grand prize will be awarded, valued at approx. $500 retail value. The ultimate grand prize winner will not be eligible for any additional prizes.
Anyone finding 120 Icons at participating sites will be eligible for the grand prize drawing. 4 grand prizes will be awarded, valued at approx. $300 each retail value. The grand prize winners will not be eligible for any additional prizes.
Anyone finding 80 Icons at participating sites will be eligible for the first prize drawing. 29 first prizes will be awarded, each worth approx. $90 retail value. The first prize winners will not be eligible for any additional prizes.
Anyone finding 40 Icons at participating sites will be eligible for a second prize drawing. 38 second prizes will be awarded. The prizes are valued at approx. $60. The second prize winners will not be eligible for any additional prizes.
Anyone finding an Icon on any day in September will be eligible for a Daily Prize for that day. Thirty Daily Prizes will be awarded, valued at approx. $30.
All prizes are donated by participating sites. Each participating site will donate one prize offering valued at least $25 retail. Sponsors of the Day donate an additional prize worth at least $10.
How Winners will be Determined: The Grand Prize Winners, First Place Winners, Second Place Winners and Daily Winners will be selected in a RANDOM drawing from among all eligible entries on approximately October 12, 2012. The prize winners will be posted at Diaper Decisions on approximately October 15, 2012 and will be notified by email.
The winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within 10 days of issuance of prize notification. All winners consent to the use of their name and photographs for advertising and promotional purposes. The odds of winning the Grand Prize depends on the total number of eligible entries received. The odds of winning First Place Prizes or Second Place Prizes depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. All Hunters have the right to vote on the prizes awarded to the Sponsors. The 5 Categories are Best Mini Hunt, Trickiest Hidden Icon, Best Product you discovered because of the Hunt, Best customer service from a WAHM and Best overall Site. You can vote for the Sponsors HERE Additionally, everyone that fills in the Survey goes into the draw to win a prize worth approx $60.
6. Eligibility: In order to participate in the Cloth Nappy Hunt you must be 18 years or older. Employees of Diaper Decisions and their households and immediate families are ineligible.
7. All costs, taxes, fees, customs fees and shipping expenses associated with any element of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the winner's responsibility. All prizes will be awarded. Limit one prize per person or household.
8. Winner's List: On or about October 15, 2012 you may obtain the names of the Grand, First and Second Prize winners by visiting Diaper Decisions.
9. General Information: Diaper Decisions reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be interfering with the integrity or fairness of the Great Down Under Nappy Hunt including cheating; or tampering with the entry process or the operation of the site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
Caution: any attempt by a participant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Great Down Under Nappy Hunt is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Diaper Decisions reserves the right to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitations of Liability: Diaper Decisions and Cherub's Kiss is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Great Cloth Nappy Hunt or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Great Cloth Nappy Hunt. Diaper Decisions and Cherub's Kiss assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Diaper Decisions and Cherub's Kiss are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Great Cloth Nappy Hunt. Diaper Decisions and Cherub's Kiss are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in connection with the Great Cloth Nappy Hunt. If, for any reason, the Great Cloth Nappy Hunt is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Diaper Decisions and Cherub's Kiss which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Great Cloth Nappy Hunt, Diaper Decisions and Cherub's Kiss reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Great Cloth Nappy Hunt.
