Official RulesPurpose
The purpose of the Best of Time International Rolex Giveaway is to reward loyal fans of Best of Time International and Best of Time International’s products once every six months.
Prize
The Best of Time International Rolex Giveaway winner will receive a Men’s or Ladies Rolex watch. There will be one winner selected and the prize will be based upon the winner’s choice of Men’s or Ladies in their entry form.
Who can enter?
You must be eighteen (18) years of age as of the starting date. Anyone over the age of 18 may enter the Best of Time International Rolex Giveaway, but only fans of the Best of Time International Facebook Fan Page are eligible to win the prize.
How to participate
1. Click “Like” to become a fan of Best of Time International!
2. Complete the simple entry form provided. Select which Rolex model you would like (Men’s or Ladies).
3. Submit your entry form for a chance to win a Rolex watch and be featured across Best of Time’s social media channels!

Submission and Winning Restraints
Participants may submit an entry once per giveaway (every 90 days) and may win once per year.
Stages
Submission Phase: 3/14/2012 – 9/14/2012
During this phase, the entries will be submitted via the “Rolex Giveaway” Facebook Link.
Selection Phase & Winners Announcement: 9/14/2012-9/18/2012
During this phase, Best of Time International selects and announces the Winner of the Best of Time International Rolex Giveaway. One winner will be chosen. The Winner will be chosen entirely by random selection.
Contest Terms and ConditionsPlease read the official rules and regulations below. By entering the Contest, you (“You”) accept these Official Rules.
These are the Official Rules of the Best of Time International Rolex Giveaway. The Contest aims to award loyal Best of Time International customers once every three months or ninety days. The winner of each Best of Time International Rolex Giveaway will receive a Men’s or Ladies Rolex watch, based on their decision in the entry form. Each winner will have their name featured across Best of Time International’s online social media channels.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Entrant must be eighteen (18) or older at the time of entry. Anyone over the age of 18 may submit answers to the Best of Time International Rolex Giveaway, but only fans of the Best of Time International Facebook Fan Page are eligible to win the prize (defined in Section 8 below). The following persons are not eligible to enter the Contest: employees and directors of Best of Time International, and people who are involved in any way with the Contest. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest and no preference will be given due to purchases. By entering, You agree to these Rules and warrant that you are eligible to enter the contest and Your Submission (defined in Section 3 below) complies with these Official Rules.
THE CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Enter between March 14, 2012 at 2:00 PM (EST) and September 14, 2012 at 12:59 PM (EST). Entries will be randomly selected, then announced on September 18, 2012 at 2:00 PM (EST).
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Best of Time International Rolex Giveaway, You must submit the entry form provided in the Best of Time International’s Rolex Giveaway Link. Your Entry must comply with the requirements set forth in Sections 4 and 5 below. The Entry is free for anyone to enter. To win the Contest, you must be a fan of Best of Time International by clicking “Like” in Best of Time International’s Facebook Page (
http://www.facebook.com/bestoftime). To enter the Contest, You also must accept these Terms and Conditions.
When you submit (upload) your entry form online, the Form will be viewable to Best of Time International’s employees and anyone involved in running the Contest . Once you have submitted your Form, the Form will not be returned. Entries may be disqualified at any time for non-compliance with these Official Rules. Best of Time International makes the final determination as to which Entries are eligible to take part in this Contest and which Entries will be considered for the prize. Best of Time International will not notify you of any disqualification or the reasons for such disqualification.
ANY ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE CONTEST EXCEPT AS PROVIDED ABOVE IS VOID.
7. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES; INDEMNIFICATION
You represent and warrant that: (a) you are eligible to enter the Contest; (b) you have complied and will comply with these Official Rules in connection with your participation in the Best of Time International Rolex Giveaway; your Entry complies with all of the requirements of Section 4 and 5 above. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold Best of Time International harmless from any losses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from any third party action asserting a breach by you of any representation, warranty, or obligation in these Official Rules.
8. PRIZES
The Best of Time International Rolex Giveaway Winner will receive a Men’s or Ladies Rolex watch based on their choice in their entry form. One winner will be chosen.
The Best of Time International Rolex Giveaway Winner can expect the prize to be mailed to them within 7-10 days after the Winner is notified and has given Best of Time International their correct address.
If the prize is returned as undeliverable or if You reject Your prize or in the event of noncompliance with the Contest Terms and Conditions, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
9. RULES CHANGES
Best of Time International reserves the right to change the contest rules at any time (deadlines, stages, prizes).
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of you and Best of Time International in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States of America, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and all proceedings shall take place exclusively in the United States of America.
Entrants can enter the Sweepstakes for free by the Alternate Method of Entry.
You may only enter once. Entrants attempting to enter twice will be disqualified.
