We're looking for bicycles the Sisters can use for the two weeks that they're here. These bikes need to look the part - the gals are stylish and their transport needs to be the same.
If you've got a bike or two lying around that you can decorate with flair, then enter our competition. If we choose your bike we'll give you two cabaret seats to the opening night performance of The Wau Wau Sisters' Last Supper and a bottle of champagne to drink while you enjoy the showPlease be advised this performance contains nudity, smoking, coarse language and religious concepts that may offend.

TERMS AND CONDITIONSBy entering The Wau Wau Sisters Bicycle Competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
In order to enter, entrants must:
be aged 18 or over;
submit either one or two bicycles for unrestricted use by The Wau Wau Sisters during the months of September and October 2012;
bicycles must be decorated and/or designed with flair;
photos of the bicycles must be submitted to the Brisbane Festival website (
www.brisbanefestival.com.au) using the multiple exposure functionality of the Brisbane Festival 2012 app (available for both iPhone and Android -

entrants must also send an email to
win@brisbanefestival.com.au with the link to the photo on the Brisbane Festival website along with the entrants full contact details, including full name, email address and contact telephone number.
By entering the competition, entrants warrant that:
all information is true;
the bicycles entered into the competition are in a safe, working condition;
entries are their own original work;
entries are not unlawful and do not infringe anyone else's rights (including privacy rights);
entries comply with these terms and conditions.
The competition commences at 4pm on Friday 31 August 2012 and concludes at 11am on Monday 17 September 2012.
There will either be one winner or two, as determined by Brisbane Festival judges.
Winner(s) will receive two (2) cabaret seats to the opening night performance of The Wau Wau Sisters’ Last Supper on Tuesday 25 September at 7.30pm at Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary Arts, 420 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley, and 1 bottle of champagne. Prize package valued at over $100.
Prizes can be transferred but not redeemed for cash.
Judging of entries will be completed by Brisbane Festival staff members.
Brisbane Festival staff, at their discretion, may review, edit or remove competition entries from the Brisbane Festival website. Only Brisbane Festival staff determine whether content will be published.
Brisbane Festival reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
The winning bicycles will be returned to entrants on Monday 1 October 2012.
The winner(s) agree to indemnify Brisbane Festival and its officers, employees and agents against any damage or loss made against, or suffered by, the bicycles submitted.
Winner(s) will be notified by telephone on Monday 17 September 2012. A confirmation email will also be sent.
Winner(s) agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial and/or promotional activities relating to the Competition. The winners agree to granting Brisbane Festival a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
The promoter's decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
