Australia and New Zealand residents aged 13 or over, excluding employees of any brand in the Accent Group and any person whom, in the Promotor’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. Entry online only.
3. The Promoter of this competition is Accent Group 2/64 Balmain Street Richmond, Victoria 3121
4. Participation by each entrant in this competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with terms and conditions to be valid.
5. Entries must be made personally via the Facebook application titled Live.Love Fridays on the Skechers Aus/NZ Facebook page. Entries made through agents/third parties are invalid. No entries accepted via any other means will be accepted. Accent Group take no responsibility for lost or incomplete entries. The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the Facebook Page.
6. Competition commences at 9:00am AEST 7/09/2012 and c
loses at 7:00pm AEST on 7/09/2012 (“One day only Promotional Period”) Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted by the Promoter and will be deemed to be invalid.
7. This promotion will run each Friday from 9am-7pm until promoter removes, with a different prize each week.
8. Winners will be notified via phone or email within 72 hours of the closing date.
9. Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize by responding to the promoter with their contact details.
10. There is no cash or other alternative. Prize is not transferrable.
11. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. There will be one prize winner who will be given one pair of Skechers, which ever is being advertised. This cannot be negotiated.
13. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond it’s control.
