2) Entry is open to Australian residents who elect to enter their information in the fields required to submit an entry. Employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Entries are limited to one per person.

3) The Competition commences 5pm on the 10th September 2012. The Competition closes at 5pm on 23rd November 2012. The draw will take place at the Promoter’s office at Suite 1, Level 2, 156 Edgecliff Rd. Woollahra, NSW, 2025, AUSTRALIA. The winner will be notified by email shortly after. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into and no claims accepted.

4) Prize includes 2 nights’ accommodation, a Bay View upgrade, full buffet breakfast daily for 2 people and return passenger ferry transfer from Hervey Bay for 2 people. Prize is valued at $600.

5) The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.

6) If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parents or guardian.

7) The Promoter will collect your personal information to enable it to conduct the promotion and offer you the prize, if the entry is a chosen winner. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the head office of the Promoter referred to in Condition 3. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the head office.
