Terms and Conditions (v1)
Interpretation
1. In these terms and conditions:  
Participant means a person who accesses or uses the Website and/or purchases any of the Goods,
as applicable.
Promoter means mogo GPS Tracking Pty Ltd ACN 142 071 565.
Goods means the goods and services offered for sale by the Seller to the Participant as described on
the Website or in any Quotation.
2. Information on how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3.  The giveaway is available to all customers within Australia aged 18 years and over. Employees of
the promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are
ineligible to qualify.  
4. To qualify for entry into this draw Participants must visit mogogps.com.au

http://mogogps.com.au/index.php?q=Back‐to‐Win.html) and complete all fields, including name,
email address, phone number, Company name and a chosen reason in either of the entry forms.     
5. Incomplete, incomprehensible or cancelled online entries will be deemed ineligible for the
giveaway and will be discarded.
6. There will be ten (10) major prizes, each of which consists of one (1) $100 Coles Group & Myer
voucher.  
7. Promotion commences September 9
th
, 2012 at 00:01 AEDST and concludes November 9th, 2012
at 5pm AEDEST.  Five (5) winners will be randomly drawn from all entries on October 9
th
, 2012 and
the remaining five (5) winners will be drawn from all remaining entries on November 9
th
, 2012. All
winners will be notified via email addresses provided within 14 days.  
8. The prizes will be dispatched via mail to the address provided by winning participant via email
address provided only.   
9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The promoter is neither
responsible nor liable for any change in the value of a prize occurring between the date of entry and
the date the voucher is received. The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for expiration of
vouchers offered as a giveaway.  
10. Should a participant’s contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant’s
responsibility to notify the Promoter via email at sales@mogogps.com.au.  
11. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a voucher are not included. Any unused balance of
the voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the voucher is subject to any terms and
conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher. The vouchers are valid for twelve
(12) months from the date of issue.12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries or for any
giveaway vouchers damaged in transit.
13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter including its officers, employees, and
agents, excludes all liability (including negligence), for any loss or damage or personal injury, arising
in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation: (a) any technical difficulties; (b)
entries, qualifications or orders that are late, lost, damaged or misdirected prior to their receipt by
the Promoter, or after receipt due to reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (c)
any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry; and (d) any tax liability
incurred by a winner or entrant.
14. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By submitting entries, users automatically
grant the Promoter a worldwide, non‐exclusive, royalty‐free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable
licence to publicly display, re‐display, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish and
create derivative works from the content in all forms of media (including but without limitation, web
sites, applications, e‐mails, online advertising, mobiles, social media, TV, radio, print etc.) that are
used by the Promoter and others at our discretion. The Promoter is under no obligation to offer any
payment for content that is submitted or the opportunity for users to edit, delete or modify content
once it has been submitted.
15. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited from 24th November 2012 and used at the Promoter’s
discretion.
16. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection
by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any
causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security,
fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole
discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may
be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction
given under State Regulation.
