The prize is final, non transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or traded for flights/car hire package. Any unused portion of the prize is not redeemable in cash or in kind and the prize nights must be taken consecutively within one booking only.

Prize conditions
The flights:
All travel must be booked and issued by 15 December 2012.
All travel must be completed by 30 June 2013.
Dates are subject to seat availability at time of booking.
Flights have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
Flights must be British Airways coded and operated.
The Winner (and their travel companion) will have flights booked by British Airways from departure and arrival at one of the following capital cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide. Travel to and from the Winner’s capital city airport do not form part of the Prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms & Conditions, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. The winner (and their companion) are responsible for expenses incurred, including spending money, accommodation, insurance, visa applications, most meals, all transfers (unless otherwise stated) including travel to and from departure point to airport, travel insurance, some taxes, gratuities, and all other ancillary costs.
Prize is inclusive of airfare taxes, which will be covered by Webjet. Prize winners are required to pay for airfare taxes at time of booking with a credit card. Total amount of airfare taxes will be refunded by Webjet upon receipt of payment.
Flights are subject to availability and will be co-ordinated and booked by British Airways.
Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Webjet makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. Domestic and international travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices and the website of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Any unused portion of the prize is not redeemable for cash or in kind and the prize flights must be taken consecutively within one booking only. Winner and passenger must travel together.
Winner and passenger cannot accumulate reward program points on these flights.
Tickets are non transferable (i.e. no name changes allowed).
Any flights that remain unused by 30 June 2013 shall be deemed null and void.
Passengers who do not notify British Airways at least 24 hours prior to departure or do not present themselves at the airport for their flight will forfeit the prize tickets.
Cancellation and/or changes to the flight details once booked will incur the applicable changes fee. The fee applies on a per-guest, per-change basis. This fee is payable by the winner.
The prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated email address.
Prize details:
(a) There is 1 one winner who will receive two (2) economy return flights to Singapore.
(b) One return economy ticket to Singapore with British Airways is valued up to $1,925
(c) Total prize for two tickets to Singapore with British Airways is valued up to $3,850 The competition commences at 10am on 17 September 2012 and ends at 11:59pm AEST 22 October 2012.
The winning entry will be drawn at 12:00PM 24 October 2012 at: Webjet Marketing Pty Ltd, Level 9, 492 St Kilda Rd Melbourne3004.
Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
Entering the competition will automatically add your details to the Webjet Mail list - keeping you up to date with regular offers and promotions.
All prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable in full or in part.
The prize winners will be contacted by the Promoter on the 24 October 2012 via phone and email to the phone number and email address provided in the entry. Winners will be published in the Australian on 29 October 2012.
All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into Webjet's database NOT time of transmission by the entrant.
Three attempts over two weeks will be made to contact the prize winners. If the prize remains unclaimed after 30 days, by midday 21 November 2012, the Promoter will determine a new winner at 12:30pm 21 November 2012. Any unclaimed prize winners will be notified via email. Any second chance draw will be held at Webjet Marketing Pty Ltd, Level 9, 492 St Kilda Rd Melbourne300, Victoria. New winners will be contacted by the Promoter via phone and email to the phone number and email address provided in the entry and will be published in the Australian on 30 November 2012.
The entrant releases from and indemnifies the Promoter against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of the entrant's participation in the Promotion, or breach of these terms and conditions, including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
