Entry Restrictions Entrants under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or
guardian 18 years of age or over while taking the prize.
Entrants must be able to take the prize on Friday 5 October, 2012 to
Sunday 7 October, 2012. Entrants who are unable to take the Prize on
the above dates may be deemed ineligible to enter.

Entrants must be able to collect the prize as specified by the Promoter
Competition Period The competition begins at 12.00pm (AEST) on Monday 24 September,

Entry Method Web entry:
During the Competition Period:
(a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website
and complete the online entry form including by providing their contact details and
by stating in 25 words or less why Smallzy should send them to the EB Games
Expo in Sydney within the time period specified;
(b) each entry submitted by the time specified by the Station will be individually
reviewed by representatives of the Station.  The Station will select the entry it
deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the time period
specified.  The Station will then telephone the relevant entrant to invite them to
participate on-air; and
(c) if the relevant entrant participates on-air, they will be deemed a finalist for that
day (“Finalist”) and receive a Minor Prize; and
(d) Each Finalist entry will then be reviewed by representatives of the Promoter. The
Promoter will select the Finalist entry it deems the “best” (as determined by the
Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion and based on the Judging Criteria)
and the selected Finalist will be deemed the winner and will be awarded the Major
Prize.

must be submitted via a separate online entry form and contain a different
answer to the question. Entrants may only win one minor prize each.

Judging Criteria Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the
Promoter) based on, among other things, creativity, uniqueness and
appeal for radio.
Prize Details There are up to five [5] minor prizes to be won, as follows:
Minor prize: PS3 console and new game valued at up to $396 (inc
GST)
There is one [1] major prize to be won, as follows:
Major prize: Trip for winner & friend to Sydney for the EB Expo
including…
- 2 x return economy flights from winner’s nearest capital city
including all relevant airline taxes, valued at up to $700 (inc GST)
- Return airport transfers in Sydney valued at up to $250 (inc GST)
- 2 x nights twin share 3.5 star accommodation in Sydney valued at
up to $700 (inc GST)
- 2 x tickets to Saturday & Sunday of the EB Expo at Sydney
Showgrounds, Sydney Olympic Park, valued at up to $600 (inc
GST)

Travel is between Friday 5 October, 2012 and Sunday 7 October, 2012 to
be eligible to accept the Major Prize. Entrants who are unable to travel on
these dates may forfeit the prize.
No portion of the Prize is redeemable for cash. The Prize is not

Prize is subject to all restrictions as set by the airlines, accommodation
providers and prize providers. 
Additional costs (including, but not limited to food, transfers, spending
money and insurance) remain the responsibility of the prize winner and
their nominated companion as incurred.
It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport
departure/return point. Winner is responsible for any amendments fees
issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed
The Promoter takes no responsibility for loss or injury suffered by a
winner as a result of taking the Prize. The Promoter recommends Prize
winner winners and travel companions have valid travel insurance for
their period of travel and adequate for the destination of travel and
activities offered as part of the Major/Minor Prize/s.

Minor prizes must be claimed by 5.00pm (“local time”) on Friday 7

Major prize must be claimed by 5.00pm (AEST) on Monday 1 October,
2012. 
Prize Delivery
The minor prizes will be available for collection by the minor prize winners
from the Station.  The major prize will be provided to the major prize
winner by the prize provider; EB Games, 25 Backhouse Pl, Eagle Farm,
QLD, 4009.
