September / October 2012 - TWO PART NEWSLETTER CONTEST

I thought I'd try something a little different with my website contest for September-October. I want to promote my October UK release: DEFYING HER DESERT DUTY but I also want to thank those of you who subscribe to my email newsletter, giving me support and feedback. So this time my contest will be in two parts, both focused on newsletter subscribers.

The first part of the contest will be a random draw from the people subscribed to my newsletter. If you're already subscribed YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING TO ENTER. If you're not already a subscriber and want to be in the draw, simply send me an email at annie@annie-west.com with the word 'Newsletter' in the header and I'll subscribe you plus you'll be included in the draw.

Three newsletter subscribers will each win a signed copy of DEFYING HER DESERT DUTY.

The draw takes place on 1st October Australian Eastern Time - after which time the book is on sale in the UK.

And to keep the contest chances going through October, there's a second part of the contest, for anyone who likes the fun of sharing their thoughts. Just email me through September or October at annie@annie-west.com with the word 'Contest' in the header and tell me what you'd like to see in my author newsletter, or what you don't want to see. I'd really like to know what you want to hear about.

As DEFYING HER DESERT DUTY takes place mainly in France (you'd never guess from the title, but the book page shows a few places that inspired the story), the prizes for this part of the contest are French. The winner will receive:

    A cute French-themed tote bag,
    A lined notebook with a glossy cover of one of my favourite French translations, and
    A bookmark from Paris.


This part of the contest runs till 24th October 2012 Australian Eastern time. Only one entry per person please. If you're happy to include your postal address with your entry that saves time in sending out prizes, but it's not necessary.

Note that by entering contests you give Annie permission to send you occasional newsletters about new releases. Winners will be contacted via email and their first name and location posted on this site and in Annie's newsletter.
