BIRTH FACEBOOK STEELCRAFT PROMOTION
Terms and Conditions1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

The competition is open to all residents of Australia that are over the age of 18 years and are fans of the Birth facebook page, except employees of the Promoter and members of their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion.
3. Promotion commences at 12:00pm on 6 September 2012
and closes at 3:00 pm on 10 October 2012 (“Promotional Period”)4. To enter, entrants must:

Entries are not limited.6. Incomplete, illegible and inappropriate entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
7. All entries will be judged based on skill and originality at 4pm on 10th October 2012. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
8. Winners first name and entry will be posted to the Birth Facebook page as well as across various Birth communication channels, not limited to the Birth newsletter and website.
9. Judging will take place on the 10th October at 4pm, at Birth, Level 5, 14 Queens Road, Melbourne Victoria 3004. The winner will be notified through email communication prior to being announced on Birth facebook page on the 11th October.

The winner of the competition will receive a Steelcraft Strider Compact pram in grey, valued at $799.00.11. This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
12. The judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Entrant’s entry must be original and must not infringe on any third party’s intellectual property rights. The Promoter reserves the right to seek a declaration from any entrant that their entry complies with this clause.
14. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
15. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
16. Any costs associated with accessing the Birth website and Facebook page are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
17. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
18. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter.
19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (and their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (g) the prize and/ or (h) participation in the promotion.
