2. Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3.The competition is open to residents of Queensland over the age of 18 years of age only, who are current RACQ members when the competition is drawn.
4.This competition will involve one round in which entrants are eliminated.
5.Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and related entities of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
6.The competition commences at 8.30am on Monday, October 1, 2012 and closes at 5pm on Friday, November 30, 2012. For the first stage elimination round of the draw, 15 prize winners will be selected initially, divided proportionately between the methods of entry. These drawn entries will then be combined and the final winner will be drawn at random from the pool of combined entries.
7.The first elimination round of the competition will be drawn at 10am on Monday, December 3, 2012, at RACQ The Road Ahead, 300 St Paul’s Terrace, FORTITUDE VALLEY and Oxygen 8 Communications, Suite 156, Life Style Working, 117 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW 2100. The final draw of the competition will be drawn at RACQ The Road Ahead, 300 St Paul’s Terrace, FORTITUDE VALLEY on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 3pm.
8.There will be one (1) prize winner in this competition that will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they like, however, only one prize will be awarded to the prize winner regardless of the number of times their entries are drawn.

11.The prize winner will receive: three nights’ accommodation for two people in either a Golf or Garden King room at Palmer Coolum Resort, Warran Road, Coolum Beach, Queensland, 4573, including buffet breakfast for two each morning, bike hire for two, two rounds of golf including shared motorised cart and one spa treatment. Total prize value is $2052. The prize is valid to June 30, 2013, excluding school holidays and subject to availability.
12. Airfares are not included in the prize. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to arrange travel to the Palmer Coolum Resort, Coolum Beach.
13.The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and is subject to booking availability.
14.The winner will be notified on the phone number, email or postal address they use to enter the competition. Competition results will also be published on
www.roadahead.com.au two weeks after the final draw. The prize will be posted or couriered to the winner as appropriate within one month of the competition being drawn to the address provided when the winner entered the competition.
15.If the competition winner is unable to be contacted within three (3) weeks of the draw a redraw will occur. In the event that a redraw is required it will be held at 9am on December 21, 2012 at RACQ The Road Ahead, 300 St Paul’s Terrace, FORTITUDE VALLEY and the redraw winner will be notified by mail or by telephone to the address or telephone number the winner provided when they entered the competition.
16.All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
17.The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition, and to periodically keep entrants informed about the goods and services provided by the Promoter, related entities and its service providers. 18.If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted by the Promoter as intended, whether because of computer virus, mobile phone failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which in the Promoter’s opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of the gaming authority in Queensland as may be required.
19.The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize or entering into this competition. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as prizes.
