To enter, simply complete the entry form and provide us with your first name, surname, email, phone number and state. You must also accept the competition Terms & Conditions. The winner will be chosen at random.
Submission of entry is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
Promotional period commences 05/10/12 at 00:01 (AEDT) and

By entering this competition and accepting the terms and conditions you agree to take your Ultimate Sydney Weekend away in February 2013. The exact dates are to be agreed upon between yourself and the Promoter.
The winner will be chosen at random.
The winner will be notified by November 7, 2012.
You must provide your first name, surname, email, phone number and state to be eligible. You must also accept the competition terms and conditions.

Only one submission per person will be allowed. If a person submits without sharing they will get one entry. If a person submits and shares to Facebook they will get five entries. People with five entries will have more chances of winning.
Any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions will be invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that entrant) for tampering or interfering with the entry process or any other activities which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter reserves the right to request winner to provide proof of identity, age and residence. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
The winner must be one of the participants on the Ultimate Sydney Weekend they may bring one guest who must also be over 18 years of age.

RedBalloon chauffeurs - No costThe prize does not cover any additional costs the winner and their guest may have while on the Ultimate Sydney Weekend – inclusions are simply as listed above and cannot be exchanged or swapped for anything else. Spending money is not included.
Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The prizes will be drawn at RedBalloon Pty Limited - 179 Harris St, Pyrmont NSW 2009.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, as a result of taking or using any of the prizes, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter and any person associated with it, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of relevant government authorities.
