5. PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
o Registrations will open on Thursday 03 October 2012 and
remain open until 11.59pm Sunday 14 October 2012 (“Registration Period”). The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Registration Period at its own discretion.
6. PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
Winners will be judged and a prize awarded at One (1) time throughout the contest period on:

7. ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of:

Entrants must be aged 18 years and over.
Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Entry Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
8. METHOD OF ENTRY
Entrants will register their details in the competition application tab
, then upload a photo of themselves wearing their favourite riding gear. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
9. JUDGING DETAILS
o There will be one (1) judging periods taking place on Monday 14/10/12. Winners will be selected on their submitted photos, and the creativity and enthusiasm displayed in the photos. Winners will be notified by E-mail. If a contestant or winner is not successfully contacted in an email by the Promoter that person will be disqualified and a replacement winner will be selected by the Promoter. Once each winner is confirmed by email, each will be announced on the AirAsia Australia wall.
10. PRIZE DETAILS
There will be one (5) prizes.
Each prize is:
2x Gardener Straight grandstand tickets (each valued at $285 AUD)
1x Circuit ride in the official Moto GP safety car for two (2) people.
Total prize pool value is up to approx AUD 600Winners will have to make their own way to the circuit in Philip Island for the event. No transport, or accommodation is included in this prize.

CONDITIONS OF SALE
Each ticket, and each pass, credential or other document (each, a Ticket) allowing entry to the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix event (as defined in the Australian Grands Prix Act 1994 (Vic) (the Act)) and the camping grounds, known as the 2012 Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix (together, the Event) is subject to the following conditions.
1. Tickets cannot be exchanged after purchase.
2. Subject to Condition 3 below, Tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to, the possible non-appearance of any particular person, group or personality (including any performers or bands) expected by the Ticket holder, whether expected to enter an event or not and whether advertised or not; or in the event of any variation to the programs, other conveniences and attractions; or any adverse weather conditions or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC). Tickets obtained from sources not authorised by AGPC may have been lost, stolen or counterfeit and may not be honoured for admission.AGPC is not obliged to replace a ticket under any circumstances, including but not limited to, loss or theft. AGPC reserves its rights, however, to replace a ticket which has been lost or stolen and charge a fee for that replacement.
3. AGPC will refund the cost of the Ticket to the original purchaser only if:
(a) the entire Event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled;
(b) subject to Condition 12, the dates of the Event are changed after they have been confirmed by
the Federation Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM);
© subject to Condition 13, there is a significant change to your reserved seating arrangements; or
(d) you are entitled to a refund by virtue of the operation of the Competition and Consumer Act
2010 (Cth) or the Fair Trading Act 1999 (Vic).
If on any particular day of the Event, less than 1 hour of on-track activity (which includes any MotoGP and/or support category practice sessions, qualifying and/or racing) occurs, the original purchaser of the Ticket will:
(a) if the Ticket is a single day Ticket for the relevant day, be entitled to a refund of the cost of the
single day Ticket;
(b) if the Ticket is a 3 day Ticket, be entitled to a refund of a portion of the cost of the Ticket depending on the relevant day cancelled, such refund to be reasonably determined by AGPC.AGPC is not, however, liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer as a result of the Event (or any part thereof) being cancelled, postponed or changed.
For the avoidance of doubt, in respect of a Ticket for which monetary consideration has not been paid to AGPC, no refund or other costs will be paid or payable to the holder of such Ticket pursuant to this condition 3. Furthermore, AGPC will not be liable to the holder of such Ticket for any loss or damage suffered as a result of or arising from or in any way connected with the Event (or any part thereof) being cancelled, postponed or changed. Any Ticket holder with a valid enquiry in relation to a request for a refund pursuant to this Condition 3 should call 1800 100 030.
Nothing in this condition 1 or the Conditions (as defined in condition 4) generally affects your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Fair Trading Act 1999 (Vic) or similar legislation regarding consumer guarantees, implied conditions and warranties to the extent that such consumer guarantees, implied conditions or warranties cannot be excluded by law. A reference to legislation or to a provision of legislation includes a modification or re-enactment of it, a legislative provision substituted for it and a regulation or statutory instrument issued under it.:

11. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in clause 8 of these Terms and Conditions.
