Entry is open to individuals who are Australian residents aged 18 years and over, except Directors, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and any subsidiaries or related entities thereof and the agencies associated with this promotion.
The promotion commences on 08 October 2012 at 00:01am AEST and closes on 16 December 2012 at 23:59pm AEST (“Promotion Period”).
To enter, individuals need to either:
(a) visit
www.what2cook.com, follow the prompts and fully complete the entry form and submit the form; OR
(b) Place your name, address, state and contact telephone number on the back of an envelope addressed to What2Cook, PO Box 481, Palmwoods QLD 4555.
Entrants are not required to purchase any product from the Gourmet Garden and John West range to qualify to enter this competition.
All entries must be received by 23:59 pm (AEST) on 16 December 2012. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries howsoever caused. The Promoter is not liable for any problems or technical difficulties associated with the online entry system used for this promotion, whether caused by website users, any equipment or programming associated with or utilised for this promotion or any technical error that may arise in the course of running the promotion. The Promoter and its associated agencies and contractors accept no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.

The draw will be conducted at 2pm AEST at the offices of Botanical Food Company Pty Ltd, 80 Palmwoods-Montville Rd, Palmwoods QLD 4555 Australia, on 20 December 2012 via a random computer generated draw.
The prize is a Gourmet Food Holiday inTasmania for 2 people valued at $4,999. The prize includes:
- Return flights from nearest capital city to Hobart
- 5 nights accommodation 4+ star provided by tour package manager.
- Itinerary to include Masterclass at The Agrarian Kitchen farm & cooking school, tour of Salmon Ponds and The Museum of Trout Fishing attraction, and a Tastes of Hobart tour.
- 5 day automatic small size car hire (subject to presentation of a valid driver’s licence). The hire car must be collected from and returned to the designated depot at Hobart Airport.
- Additional meals, spending money, travel insurance, petrol charges additional transport and all other ancillary costs are not included in the prize and will be at the winner’s expense. The winner is responsible for the payment of any personal taxes associated with winning the prize.
10. The competition is a sweepstakes or game of chance. The first entry selected by random computer generated draw will win. The winner will be notified by telephone and email on 21 December 2012 and the winner’s name will be published on the
www.what2cook.com website.
11. The winner of the prize and their 2nd party must be able to travel between 20th January 2013 until 30th June 2013.
12. To redeem and accept the prize the winner must be available to travel between 20th January 2013 until 30th June 2013. The prize is not redeemable for cash. The draw results are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. If the winner does not claim the prize or notifies the promoter that it is not able to travel in the specified dates or is not contactable by 23:59 (AEST) by 31st January 2013 on the contact information supplied on the entry form, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw. An unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 10:00 (AEST) on 4th February 2013 at Botanical Food Company Pty Ltd, 80 Palmwoods-Montville Rd, Palmwoods QLD 4555 Australia, via a random computer generated draw. The winner of the unclaimed prize will be notified by telephone with confirmation by email on 5th February 2013.
14. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion and for marketing purposes. By entering this competition, the entrants become a member of Gourmet Garden’s online membership database. They will receive regular e-newsletters. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to its agents and contractors to assist with the conduct of this promotion, or to communicate with entrants. The Promoter may also disclose entrants’ personal information to lottery authorities and winners’ names may be published as required under applicable legislation. Prize winners must, at the Promoter’s reasonable request, participate in any promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) related to the winning of a prize, free of charge, and consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material relating to the Promoter’s products.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, during or after the closing date of the promotion to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entries by any person who tampers with, or benefits from tampering with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
