The parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions by entering their full name, email address and telephone number and by checking the boxes required in the Entry Form available at www.ultimatetrackmaster.com. Failure of a parent/guardian to do so will render the entrant ineligible to take part in the Competition. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

7. Upon request from the Promoter, the Entrant including the parent/guardian will execute all such documents and take such further steps as may be necessary to verify the Entrant's details (including an Entrant's identity, age and place or residence) and consent and give full effect to any rights granted or purported to be granted and warranties and indemnities given under these Terms and Conditions.
