Entry is open to any Australian resident child aged 2-12. To enter, parents/carers need to print out the entry form found at
www.snooze.com.au or obtained from your local Snooze store. There are two entry forms – one to enter to win the “Wipeout” package and the other to enter to win the “Miami Girl” package. Simply colour-in the chosen activity, complete your details on the form and drop your completed entry into the “Finding Nemo” competition entry box at your local Snooze store. PO Box 430 Canterbury. Alternatively, may also be emailed to

www.facebook.com/snooze.australia 4. Relatives of employees of Snooze Management, Snooze Franchisees and Store Staff employees are NOT eligible to enter. 5. Only one entry is permitted per entrant. 6. The competition opens on Monday, Oct 1 and closes at 5:00pm on Sunday, October 28. Only entries completed on the official entry form will be accepted. 7. Judging will be completed by a panel of Snooze employees. The judging will take place at 21A Shierlaw Ave, Canterbury VIC 3126 on Wednesday, November 7 2012. Winners will be selected based on skill for their age. The named Parent/Carer of each prize winner will be notified by telephone and mail within 5 business days. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 8. a. Finding Nemo prize pack included. Total recommended retail prize cost - $1113.89c. Twenty runner-up prizes of a Finding Nemo prize pack consisting of: Finding Nemo, 3D Blu Ray Value Pack, Crayola Washable markers ‘n Sticker Set and Finding Nemo playballs. Total recommended retail value of the 20 prize packs - $1417.80 d. Total recommended retail prize pool is valued at $3645.58 9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. All prize items are valued inclusive of GST and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in item values. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter may substitute a prize of like or equal value. 10. The Promoter (Snooze) is collecting the information on the Finding Nemo colouring-in competition entry forms to enable the Promoter to contact the winners of the competition. The Promoter does not on-sell this information nor provides your details to any other organisations.
