Do you have Australia's "Cutest Kid"?
If so, have a photo shoot at a Gotcha! Studio and you will be automatically entered into our "Cutest Kid Competition." Throughout the year we choose the cutest kids from each region, and just before Christmas a national winner is announced.
The national winner receives $5,000 cash and the prestige of being crowned "Australia's Cutest Kid." There is also a range of great runners-up prizes.

Cutest Kid Terms & Conditions
The following rules form an agreement between "GOTCHA! The Kids Photographers" and the Parent/Guardian of the contestant. By entering
with GOTCHA!, you indicate your full acceptance and understanding of the following rules:
The Australia's Cutest Kid Competition is open to all babies/children who have had a photoshoot with Gotcha Pty Ltd in the respective year of the competition and who comply fully with the below terms and conditionsEntry is limited to one entry per familyEntry into this promotion requires payment of $7.00 for the studio session, and in return the Parent will receive a 15x10cm colour print of the selected chosen images by GOTCHA! (2 or more children may be photographed together)Employees, Contractors, and Consultants of GOTCHA!, affiliated businesses of each, and members of their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to enterGOTCHA! Management will judge all photos taken and search for qualities such as best smiles, cheekiest looks, and personality-packed kids from all the images taken during this promotionGOTCHA! will select 3 regional winners from each shopping centre we visit. The regional winners form the pool that the national winner is drawn fromRegional winners must attend the viewing appointment in order to validate their entryThe national winner will be notified via phone and email on the 20th of December 2012The prizes are as follows:
a) Regional Winners (3 per promotion) = 10 x 8" Print
b) Third Place National (1) = $500 Worth of Gotcha Photo Prints
c) Second Place National (1) = $1,000 Worth of Gotcha Photo Prints
d) First Place National (1)= $5,000 cashGOTCHA! will not be responsible for technical failures, hardware or software malfunctions including human error beyond our control that corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest. GOTCHA! reserves the right to cancel or modify the judging process and invalidate any prizes or claims to prizes if the entrant fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions as set out in this documentParents/ Guardians of the contestant assume all liability for any injury, loss, or damages of any kind to persons or property that may be caused or claimed to be caused, directly, indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in this promotion. By entering, each participant (being the parent/ guardian or any other third party associated with the family) agrees to release and hold harmless GOTCHA!, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, judges, and agents (The "Released Parties") from and such liability Entry constitutes permission for GOTCHA! to use first name only and images for promotional purposes, without any additional compensationEach participant (being the parent/ guardian or any other third party associated with the family) agrees to abide by these rules, terms, and conditions, and by the decisions of GOTCHA! whose decision is final and binding.
