The Everyday Rewards Yanchep Win a Dinghy and $1,500 worth of Groceries Package Competition (the "Promotion") is
a promotion conducted under the Other Benefits component of the Everyday Rewards Program.
1. Information on how to enter the Promotion and a description of the prizes that may be won in the Promotion form part of
these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of
Entry. Entries not complying with these Terms & Conditions of Entry are ineligible and the Promoter reserves its absolute
right to disqualify any Cardholder from the Promotion if any entries do not comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promotion is open to all Woolworths customers who shop at the Woolworths Yanchep Supermarket and have
Registered for the Everyday Rewards Program at everydayrewards.com.au (the “Website”), by telephoning the
Customer Service Centre on 1300 10 1234 (the “Call Centre”), or by completing and returning the Everyday Rewards
Registration Form to the address specified on the Registration Form. Entry into the Promotion is free. Directors,
management and employees of Salmat Digital Pty Ltd and its agencies directly associated with this Promotion are
ineligible to enter.
These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be displayed on woolworths.com.au and available at Woolworths Yanchep
Supermarket at the commencement of the Promotion.
3. Definitions within this Promotion:
Card means an Everyday Rewards Card issued by the Promoter as part of the Everyday
Rewards Program
Cardholder means a person who holds an Everyday Rewards Card, and who is Registered according
to the Everyday Rewards Program database.
Participating Supermarket means the Woolworths Yanchep Supermarket located in Yanchep Cnr of Yanchep Beach
Rd and Marmion Ave, WA 6035 promoting the Everyday Rewards program.
Promotion means the Everyday Rewards Yanchep Win a Dinghy and $1,500 worth of Groceries
Package Competition governed by these Terms & Conditions of Entry and conducted as
a promotion under the Other Benefits component of the Everyday Rewards Program.
Promotional Period means 08.00 AEDST on 10.10.2012 to 23:59 AEDST on 06.11.2012.

Registered means that all mandatory Cardholder information has been correctly completed in the
legal name of the Cardholder, according to the Everyday Rewards database.4. The Promotion commences 08.00 AEDST on Wednesday 10th October 2012 & entries close 23:59 AEDST on Tuesday
6th November 2012.
5. To enter the Promotion, spend $30 or more during the promotional period at Woolworths Yanchep Supermarket and
present your Everyday Rewards card prior to finalising the transaction.. One entry will be recorded for each purchase
transaction; a maximum of one entry per Card will be recorded for any transactions within a single calendar day. This offer
excludes gift cards and selected services from the qualifying amount. In New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory,
Queensland, Tasmania, Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia, “Smoking / Tobacco” product
purchases are excluded from entry, by law.
6. Breaking a single transaction into multiple amounts for use with one or more Cards is not permitted, and will void all
Promotion entries attributable to such Cardholders.
7. The prize winner will be determined by an automated random draw of all valid entries received by the Promoter in the
entry period. The prize draw will take place at 12.00 Noon AEDST on Monday, 12
th
November 2012, respectively at
Salmat Digital Pty Ltd, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, 2060 NSW.
8. The first valid entry randomly drawn will be the winner. The prize winner will be contacted by phone within 2 days of the
draw and in writing within 7 days of the draw. The winners name and state will be published on woolworths.com.au on 20
th
November 2012. If the winning entry is invalid, that entry will be discarded and the prize will be awarded by randomly
drawing another entry in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
9. The prize comprises of a $1,500 worth of Groceries Package (in the form of 3 x $500 Woolworths WISH Gift Cards) and a
Dinghy package to the value of $7850 (which includes registration, 3.8M Bluefin unpainted Dinghy with 18hp Tohatsu 2
Stroke outboard motor with plastic fuel tank, and Dunbier A frame unbraked licensed Trailer. 4 x Slab type Life Jackets, 1
x 6lb Anchor, 1 x Chain and rope kit, 1 x set inshore flares). Total Prize pool value is $9350.
If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent/guardian on their behalf.

All registration will be completed by Dinghy World (WA) and transferred into the winner’s name. If the winner is unable to
register the vehicle in their name they are to nominate another person who agrees to have the vehicle registered in their name.
The winner will be required to collect the Dinghy on the Trailer from Woolworths Yanchep, Cnr Yanchep Beach Rd &
Marmion Ave, Yanchep, WA, 6035. Collection of the prize is the responsibility of the winner and the winner should allow
28 days from prize draw for the availability of the prize. The promoter will negotiate a date and time suitable for collection
of the prize.Any additional costs including comprehensive insurance and optional extras (other than what has been specificed) are
the responsibility of the winner. The winner should look to the manufacturer of products awarded as prizes for all warranties.
Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Prize value is correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. The
prize will be awarded regardless of any price changes. Subject to the approval process required by any relevant gaming
or lotteries authority, in the event that any prize item is unavailable despite the Promoter’s reasonable endeavours to
procure within Australia, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value.
10. If a winner does not claim their prize within 3 months from the date of determination of that winner, their entry will be
deemed invalid and the Promoter may conduct such further draws as necessary subject to regulatory authority. The
unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12:00 noon AEDST on Tuesday 12

February 2013 at Salmat Digital Pty Ltd,

11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning of the prizes. Independent
financial advice should be sought.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any Cardholder who is in breach of the Terms & Conditions
of Entry or the Terms and Conditions of the Everyday Rewards Program or who manipulates, seeks to manipulate or
benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the Promotion.
13. The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion will not be liable for any loss (including but
not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (including without
limitation to that caused by any person's negligence) relating to the Promotion or the awarding or taking of the prizes
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable
by law).
14. The Promoter may use any personal information that a Cardholder has provided to it as part of the Everyday Rewards
Program for the purpose of running the Promotion, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other
promotional material associated with the Promotion. For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter
will only publish the winner’s surname, initial, state and Participating Supermarket location. The Promoter may disclose
the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. Unless the Cardholder has opted-out of
communication within their Registration, the Promoter may use personal information a Cardholder has provided to send
the Cardholder information about Woolworths' products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose
the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centers, advertising agencies and
direct mail houses) the Promoter engages for that purpose. In most cases you can gain access to your personal
information by contacting the General Manager Corporate Services, Woolworths Limited, PO Box Q70, QVB, Post Shop
