Terms and Conditions for Christmas Raffle 2012 (RF122 campaign)
Tickets in this raffle may only be purchased by individual persons who are aged 18 years or older.
No employees/office bearers of the MS Society of Tasmania or their relatives* may purchase raffle tickets.
All tickets received with payment after the draw shall automatically be entered into the next draw unless notified
otherwise.
1. In accordance with Tasmanian Gaming Commission terms and conditions, the MS Society
must present prizes to the winner, therefore all prizes are non-transferable.
2. In accordance with Tasmanian Gaming Commission terms and conditions, non-cash
prizes are not redeemable for cash.

Terms and conditions ANZ Visa Gift Card
Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited ABN 11 005 357 522 (‘ANZ’) is the issuer of the Visa Gift Card
(‘Card’). Any reference to ‘we’ or ‘us’ is a reference to ANZ.
1. The Card can be used for the purchase of goods and services, where Visa is accepted and processed electronically at
over 500,000 merchants in Australia and overseas. The Card may be declined by some merchants for example at
gambling merchants and at those merchants who elect not to accept Visa prepaid gift cards (see
www.anz.com/prepaidcards for more details). We are not liable to you if a merchant elects to decline use of the Card.
2. The Card cannot be used to obtain cash (for example at ATMs or over the counter at financial institutions) or for direct
debit, recurring, or installment payments.
3.The Card is not reloadable and will expire at the date shown. If your Card was purchased from a retail outlet, then the
expiry date is shown on the back of the pack, or on the front of the Card. If your Card was purchased from a Kiosk at an
ANZ branch, the expiry date is shown on the front of the card. Any balance remaining on the Card after expiry will be
forfeited.
4.If the Card was purchased from a retail outlet, the Card can be used after activation by the cashier. This may take up to
24 hours after purchase. If the Card was purchased from a Kiosk at an ANZ branch, the Card can be used immediately
once payment is successfully completed. Please call 1800 773 720 if you experience any delay. Please have your card,
pack (if purchased from a retail outlet) and the purchase receipt ready.
5.The Card must be signed before use. If the Card was purchased from a retail outlet, then by signing the Card you
accept these terms and conditions. If the Card was purchased from a Kiosk at an ANZ branch, then by proceeding to
payment, you accept these terms and conditions. If the purchaser is not the intended Card user, the purchaser must
provide these terms and conditions to the recipient.
6.You may use the Card as often as you like until the available balance is spent or the Card has expired. The available
balance cannot be exceeded. Where a purchase exceeds the available balance, the excess must be paid using another
payment method.
7.The Card balance and transaction history are available at
www.anz.com/prepaidcards at no charge. The card balance
can also be obtained by calling 1800 773 720 in Australia (a fee of $1.20 applies). If you choose to speak with a
customer service representative, a fee of $4.00 will apply. Fees will be deducted directly from Card balance. Any
purchases made in overseas currency are subject to a fee of 3.0% of the transaction amount. Fees include GST if
applicable.
8.Lost or stolen Cards will not be replaced. The Card user is liable for all transactions on the Card, except where there
has been fraud or negligence by ANZ. If you believe an error has occurred in relation to your Card, call 1800 773 720 in
Australia.
9.For disputed transactions, please notify us immediately by visiting
www.anz.com/prepaidcards (at no charge), or call
1800 773 720 in Australia (a fee of $4.00 may apply). Visa rules impose time limits after the expiry of which we are not
able to reverse a transaction. The time limit generally applicable is 75 days after the disputed transaction was made.
ANZ is not responsible for any loss to you if you do not request ANZ to dispute the transaction within an applicable time
limit.
10. If you have a complaint about the Card, or service, please call ANZ on 1800 805 154 in Australia.
11. ANZ reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes to the terms and

accounts in the winners name are required so that payment of $6,000 in total can be

1. Gift Vouchers can ONLY be redeemed at the Tasmanian Travel and Information Centre -Hobart, 20 Davey Street Hobart

2. Gift Vouchers are redeemable for tourism product and travel services available at the Tasmanian Travel and Information
Centre Hobart.
3. The Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
4. The Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash.
5. The Gift Voucher cannot be refunded or partially refunded.
6. The Gift Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer available from the Tasmanian Travel & Information
Centre – Hobart. .
