2. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering this competition, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Conditions of Entry.

Entry is open to all permanent Australian residents who are over the age of 18, currently residing in Australia excluding the directors, management and employees (and all their immediate families) of the promoter and associated agencies.
5. Prahran Market’s ‘Ultimate Spring Carnival Pamper Pack” Competition commences 10am 5th October 2012 and continues until 5pm 30th October 2012
6. To take part in the Competition, Eligible Participants are required to ‘like’ the Prahran Market facebook page and complete an entry form on the competitions app. Using 25 words or less telling us why they deserve a summer wardrobe, a game of skill.
All eligible entries must be entered by 5pm on the due date of October 30th 2012. No late entries will be accepted.
7. All eligible entries must contain name and email address and let us know if they shop at Prahran Market
8. One entry person.
9. No liability will be accepted for late, delayed or misdirected entries.
10. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. The draw will be conducted by and take place at Prahran Market Prahran Market Pty Ltd
163 Commercial Road, South Yarra, 3141 at 12pm (AEDT). Entries will be selected and awarded by the skill of their entry.
12. Winners will be notified by telephone and confirmed in writing via email. And will be put on the Prahran website no later than 31st October 2012. The Winner will be announced and contacted on the 31st October. Prize must be claimed by 30th November 2012. Winner must be able to pick up the prize from the Market
13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant
Who is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. The prize will be delivered to the address provided by the entrant.
14. Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone, or amend this competition for any reason. Prahran Market’s decision is final.
15. The winners release the Promoter from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the Promoters of the prize. Prizes that contain Platters will be pre-made by the traders at their discretion.
18. All entry details become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may use the name and photograph of the prize winner(s) for promotional purposes without compensation, unless the prize winner(s) advises the Promoter otherwise when accepting the prize. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information provided for facilitating the promotion, awarding prizes and for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes, and disclosing that information to its related entities and contractors for those purposes. By entering the promotion, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised, Entrants consent to the Promoter sending future marketing materials to Entrants including by electronic messages. Entrants may ask the Promoter to access that personal information and request that corrections be made to it.
19. In the event of a prize not being claimed, a new winner will be selected on November 30th at Prahran Market and notified by phone and either email or using the facebook page and website for Prahran by November 30th
