1 Promotion Summary
1.1 1116 SEN's “2012 AirAsia Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix Ticket Giveaway promotion
to commence on 09.00 EST Monday 08

1.2 Entry is open to all people aged 18 and over. Employees (including former employees
employed within the last 3 years) and their immediate families of the Promoters (including
related companies) and their agencies and other companies associated with this
promotion are ineligible to enter.
1.3 Judging of the entries will take place between 16.00 – 19.00 EST during The Run Home
show with David Schwarz and Mark Allen every afternoon Monday to Friday during the
Entry Period starting Monday 08

2 Promotion Entry Details
2.1 To enter, listeners must be listening to the SEN 1116 program “The Run Home” every
afternoon during the entry period and also the On the Grid program on Sunday mornings.
The listeners that are deemed to be the best caller of each show will be nominated the
caller of the evening/morning to win the daily prize of 2 x Sunday General Admission
tickets to the 2012 AirAsia Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix (“Event”) and return Sunday
Catch-a-Coach transfers Melbourne – Phillip Island.
2.2.1 The competition is a game of skill and it will be judged on listener nominations of their
“Call of the Night” and no other correspondence will be entered into. All entries will be
judged individually on their merits based on creativity and or originality. All listeners will
be directed to the SEN website to enter the “2012 AirAsia Australian Motorcycle Grand
Prix Ticket competition and there chance to win the Major Prize.
2.2.2 If a nominated winner takes ill or has no proxy a representative nominated by the winner
shall be in the place and still be able to win the major prize
2.3 Entries must be received by the Promoters during the Entry Period. Entries received after
17.00 EST on Sunday 21
st
October 2012 will not be valid.
2.4 On the afternoon of Monday 22
nd
October the major draw will take place at “SEN 1116, 473
Swan Street Richmond and announced between the hours of 16.00 – 19.00 EST on the “SEN
1116 program, The Run Home” There will be one winning entry drawn being the nominated
winner. The draw will take place during the hours of the show.
2.5 All prizes need to be redeemed by Thursday 25
th
October 2012. If a winner does not
claim the prize within a reasonable period of time, the Promoter may withdraw the prize
unawarded.
2.6 If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control, the Promoters
may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.3 Promotion Prize Details
3.1 Major Prize is “2 x 3-Day General Admission Ticket and return daily catch-acoach transfer Melbourne – Phillip Island and 1 x Team Garage tour (date to
be advised) valued at $1428.00
3.2 Minor Prizes are “12 x (2 x Sunday General Admission and Sunday return catch a
Coach Tickets” valued at $3168.00
Redemption of prizes is subject to the conditions of entry to the event which are displayed
at the entrance to the Event and at
www.motogp.com.auAll companions of the winners being awarded must be aged 18 years or over. All other
ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes (excluding GST), meals or
drinks other than those specified above, transfers and any and all other expenses are the
responsibility of the winner.
3.3 Each winner must provide 3 forms of formal identification such as: passport, drivers licence,
Medicare card or similar upon collection of their prize.
3.4 Each winner must take the prize in the format that it is presented – it can not be changed.
3.5 Prize package is not transferable, non-redeemable for cash or kind and must be taken as
offered. The Promoters and the Australian Grand Prix Corporation (“AGPC”) assume no
responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any
loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including
security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoters may modify, cancel,
terminate or suspend the promotion.
3.6 In the event that for any reason whatsoever the winner of a prize does not take an
element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoters then that element of the prize
will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the
prize.
4 Promotion General Terms
4.1 Information on each entry, unless stated on the entry form is being collected by 1116
SEN Radio.
4.2 The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of third party prize suppliers. All
contestants release from, and indemnify the Promoters against all liability, cost, loss,
expense, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) arising out of
accepting and/or using the prize or participation in the competition including but not
limited to loss of income or personal injury, except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.
4.3 All winners agree required by RADIO SEN in its absolute discretion to:
i) Participate in promotional activities for the benefit of RADIO SEN
ii) That he or she will not, without prior written consent of RADIO SEN (which may be
withheld at its absolute discretion) participate in any other media activities or promotions
for the purpose of or which involve discussion, commenting on, expressing a view
regarding the competition. iii) In promotional activities the winner will refrain from expressing a negative or disparate
view of RADIO SEN and its operations and related bodies.
iv) The winner acknowledges and agrees that RADIO SEN have the right to all materials
generated in connection with the promotion and can use the material in any medium and
in any manner it sees fit.
v) RADIO SEN will also hold the copyright to any photographs taken by RADIO SEN for
publicity purposes and can use these photos in any promotional material for the time
period of five years.
vi) Winners and their companions irrevocably consent to AGPC using their name
likeness, image and/or voice in any media for an unlimited time without remuneration for
the purpose of promoting the Event or future events.
4.4 Competition winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge of RADIO SEN and their
businesses and personnel received by them as a result of the competition.
4.5 All winners will be notified by phone and in writing and published in the public notices of
both the Melbourne Herald Sun and the Australian Newspaper on or by Friday 30
th
December 2012
4.6 The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential
address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in
this promotion. Use of false name or address, ie name by which the entrant is not usually
known will disqualify them from receiving the prize.
4.7 Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating,
entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Acceptance of the prize is deemed
acceptance of the terms and conditions.
4.8 Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the
intellectual property rights of any third party. Further, entrants agree that ownership of
any intellectual property rights in their entry is assigned to the Promoters without the
payment of any further fee or compensation. The entrant agrees to sign any further
documentation required by the Promoters to give effect to this arrangement as a
precondition to being awarded their prize. To the extent permitted by law, entrants
unconditionally and irrevocably consent to any act or omission that would otherwise
infringe any moral rights in their entry.
4.9 Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic beverage prize if it
would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies including those of the relevant liquor
licensee relating to the responsible service of alcohol. The Promoter and AGPC supports
the responsible service of alcohol.
4.10 All correspondence regarding prizes must be in writing to the Promotions Department at
RADIO SEN. All correspondence will be answered within a three week period.
