Strictly one original entry per person. The number of referral entries per person is unlimited.Participants are required to register their original entry as directed at kogan.com/au and by Kogan using email and Facebook communication from time to time. Further referral entries may be gained by participants referring friends and family to the promotion via the promotion referral mechanism. Where a referred person ('referee') enters the promotion, and the entry can be attributed via the promotion referral mechanism to the participant that made the referral ('the referrer'), the referrer shall receive an additional entry into the promotion draw.
Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes cannot be transferred.
The draw for the winners will take place at 14:00 (DST) on 02/12/2012 at The WebMart Network Suite 2, 1 Rialto Lane, Manly, NSW, 2095. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
Only one prize per household will be awarded. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
