Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
Promotion commences 12:01am AEDST on Thursday 1st November 2012 and ends 11:59pm AEDST on Wednesday 3rd April 2013 ("Promotional Period").
To be eligible to enter, individuals
must purchase a Lily branded disposable tableware product from a Lily stocking retailer nationally before the end of the Promotional Period.
To enter, individuals must then, during the Promotional Period, visit
www.lilyeveryday.com.au/iceage, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including the specified product barcode(s) and submit the fully completed online entry form.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a)
only one entry permitted per specified purchase pack; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a maximum of five (5) entries per person per day is permitted.Entrants must retain their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant's entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made before the end of the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
There will be twenty two (22) weekly draws and one (1) major prize draw conducted for this promotion. Entries close for each weekly draw and the major prize draw at 11:59pm AEDST on the dates specified in the table below. All draws will take place at 11:00am AEDST at RGC Advertising Pty Ltd, Suite 312, 5 Celebration Drive, Bella Vista NSW 2153 on the dates specified in the table below. Non-winning entries in each weekly draw will be entered into any subsequent weekly draws and all entries (including winners in a weekly draw) will be entered into the major prize draw. Winners will be notified by phone and in writing within two (2) business days of the relevant draw. Winners' names will be published online at

Prizes will be awarded by mail to the winners' nominated postal address as confirmed at the time of winner notification. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The first three (3) valid entries drawn in the major prize draw will each win a HandiTheatre SmartSystem package[(model no. HT3.0) and a Smartbox (model no. SBHD). Total prize is valued at $3,998 each.If a winner of a major prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner's behalf.
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal or greater value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total prize pool value is $14,716.06. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Winners must take the prize as offered. Once the prize has left the Promoter's premises, the promoter is no longer responsible for any late or misdirect prizes. The Promoter shall also not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered during the course of this promotion or associated with delivery of the prize.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on Tuesday 9th July 2013 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their names will be published online at

Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
