“100 DAYS OF CELEBRATION” PROMOTION

1.Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2.Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3.Promotion commences on 01/11/2012 and ends at 11.59pm AEDST on 08/02/2013. (“Promotional Period”).

4.To enter, individuals must visit celebratefeelgreat.com.au or edenvale.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their full name, mobile telephone number, valid email address and postal address and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.

5.The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6.Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

7.Only one (1) entry permitted per person.

8.There will be one (1) major prize and three (3) minor prizes awarded in the major draw at the end of the Promotional Period (“Major Draw”). All entries received during the Promotional Period will be entered into the Major Draw, which will take place on 11/02/2013. There will also be one (1) prize awarded for each day of the Promotional Period with each day commencing at 12.00am AEDST and closing at 11.59pm AEDST (each a “Promotional Day”). Entries received during each Promotional Day will be entered into the draw for that Promotional Day, which will take place on the following Monday of each week between 05/11/2012 and 11/02/2013 inclusive (except in the case of the public holiday on 28/012013 where the draw will take place on 29/01/2013). Un-drawn entries in each draw will be entered into any subsequent draws and all entries (including winners) will be entered into Major Draw. All draws will take place at 11.00am AEDST at JMB Beverages, Lower Ground Floor, 14 – 16 Suakin Street, Pymble, NSW 2073. Winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the relevant draw. Winners in the Major Draw will have their names published on facebook.com/EdenvaleWine and edenvale.com.au for a period of twenty-eight (28) days commencing on 25/02/2013.The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13.Total prize pool value is $7,467. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

14.A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 13/05/2013 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and any winners of prizes valued at over $250 will have their names published on facebook.com/EdenvaleWine and edenvale.com.au for a period of twenty-eight (28) days commencing on 27/05/2013.

15.‘iPad’, is a trademark of Apple Inc. registered in the U.S and other countries. Apple Inc. is not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.

16.Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

17.If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
