Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to residents of Australia who subscribe or renew their subscription to Real Living during the promotion period between 15/10/2012 and 11/11/2012 for a minimum period of 12 months. Entry is automatic upon and subject to the correct use of a valid credit card, or, if payment is made by cheque, the cheque must be cleared for payment. Subscriptions are to be sent to Real Living, Reply Paid 5252, Sydney 2001; via the Internet site www.magshop.com.au/realliving or made via freecall 136 116. The entrant will be deemed to be the person who is nominated (at the time of payment) to receive the subscription.
Only one entry per person per subscription. Only one (1) gift is permitted per person per subscription.
This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. If the offer is a gift, only the gift donor (i.e. person buying the subscription) will be eligible to receive the gift. Gift will be delivered to the delivery address stipulated on the subscription. Please allow 6-8 weeks after promotion close date for gift to be delivered.

Stock is limited in number. If prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
By subscribing to this ACP Magazines Ltd magazine title, entrant’s acknowledge that they understand that ‘tip-ons’ and gifts that may be available with non-subscriber copies may not be provided with subscriber copies. This determination is made at the sole discretion of ACP Magazines Ltd.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Incomplete, inaudible or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
All ancillary costs associated with redeeming this prize are the responsibility of the winner. These are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize awarded is dependant on but not limited to colour, design, model, availability etc and is determined by the Promoter in its complete discretion.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
