If you are successful at clicking the original link a the top of the page you will see "What Lights Up Your Christmas", beneath which some answers appear to be being typed in, beneath which there is a "tell us for Your Chance To Win" click that and the box above now says "tell us in 25 words or less".  Put your ENTRY in that box, then click NEXT, enter your details .

It appears it's not open to all states: Entry into the promotion is open to all residents of Australia (excluding South Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania)
