territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations. Void outside of Australia and where
prohibited or restricted by law.
3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in this Contest constitutes Contestant’s
full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Promoter's and Administrator’s
decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest. Winning a prize
is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.  These Official Rules form a 2
binding legal agreement between the Contestant and  the Promoter with respect to the
Contest.  Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Phase, the Contestant must logon to the Page, click on
the promotion tab, and follow the instructions to register and submit an Entry, which includes
selecting Australia from the on-screen drop down list.  To register, each Contestant must
enter his/her complete first and last name (no initials), valid street address (no P.O. boxes
allowed), Suburb, State, Post Code, e-mail address, date of birth, and telephone number.
Each Contestant must also follow the instructions to select a category and upload and
submit a photograph or video demonstrating “what you can do with a SPAM can” along with
a title (50 characters or less) of the photograph or video (an “Entry”).

Each Contestant is limited to submitting one (1) unique Entry into the Contest per calendar
day.
A “calendar day” starts at 3:00 P.M. AEDT and ends at 2:59:59 P.M. AEDT, except on
13 November 2012 when a calendar day starts at 3:00 A.M. AEDT and ends at 2:59:59 P.M.
AEDT.  By uploading an Entry, each Contestant agrees that his/her Entry complies with
these Official Rules, including the Entry guidelines and requirements set forth in Section 5.
Each Contestant also agrees that Promoter may remove a Contestant’s Entry and disqualify
a Contestant from the Contest if Promoter believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that
an Entry fails to comply with these Official Rules.  If Promoter rejects any Entry, in its sole
and absolute discretion, such Entry will not appear on the Page and will not be considered a
valid Entry.
5. ENTRY GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS:
a. Each video:
i. Must not exceed 60 seconds in length; and
ii. Must be in one of the following formats: .mov, .mpg, or .wmv.
b. Each photograph must be in one of the following formats: .jpg or .png.
c. Each Entry:
i. Must be the original work of the Contestant;
ii. Must be in English;

v. Must not disparage Promoter, Administrator, or any other person or party affiliated
with the promotion and administration of this Contest;

Promoter;
vii. Must not include personally-identifiable information;

group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion,
nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and
xi. Must not contain material that is unlawful, in violation of, or contrary to the laws or
regulations in any jurisdiction where Entry is created.  3
6. GENERAL ENTRY TERMS:  There is a maximum of one (1) approved Entry per eligible
Contestant per calendar day during the Entry Phase as set forth in these Official Rules.  If a
Contestant submits more than one (1) approved Entry per calendar day, all Entries
submitted by the Contestant after the first approved Entry will be deemed to be an invalid
Entry.  An approved Entry is defined as an Entry that has been submitted in accordance with
these Official Rules.  Any attempted form of participation in this Contest other than as
described herein is void. If it is discovered that a Contestant has registered or attempted to
register more than once using multiple e-mail addresses, Facebook accounts, or multiple
identities, that Contestant’s Entry/Entries will be declared null and void and any prize that
Contestant might have been entitled to win will not be awarded to that Contestant. Also, if it
is discovered that a Contestant attempts to receive more than one (1) Entry per calendar
day into the Contest, that Contestant may, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, be disqualified
from the Contest.  The authorised account holder, defined below, of the e-mail address from
where the Entry is generated will be deemed to be the Contestant.  Although all Entries may
be reviewed by Promoter’s designee before being judged, posted or published, the posting
or publication of an Entry does not mean the Entry has been deemed to be in compliance
with these Official Rules. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules or that
otherwise contain prohibited or inappropriate content as determined by Promoter in its sole
discretion will be disqualified and, if posted on any websites related to this Contest, removed
there from.
Each Contestant retains ownership of their Entry. Promoter obtains a non-exclusive license
to post and use the Entry only as part of the Contest.  Ownership of Entry will remain with
the Contestant unless the Contestant is declared to be the Grand Prize Winner and signs
the Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release as set forth below.   Once an Entry is
uploaded to the gallery, any such posting will be deemed made at the direction of the
Contestant within the meaning of the Copyright Amendment (Digital Agenda) Act 2000
(Cth). EACH CONTESTANT REPRESENTS, UNDERSTANDS AND  ACKNOWLEDGES
THAT HE/SHE WILL NOT BE PAID FOR OR RECEIVE ANY FORM OF COMPENSATION
OR ROYALTY (OTHER THAN THE PRIZE STATED HEREIN IF SELECTED AS THE
GRAND PRIZE WINNER) IN EXCHANGE FOR GRANTING SPONSOR THE NONEXCLUSIVE LICENSE RIGHTS OR FOR ANY SUBSEQUENT USE OF SUCH ENTRY BY
SPONSOR. If requested, Contestant will sign any documentation that may be required for
Promoter or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights Contestant is granting to
use the Entry.  Contest Entities are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged,
incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected Entries -- all of which will
be void. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorised account holder (determined
at time of the Entry) of the e-mail address used to make the Entry will be deemed to be the
Contestant and must comply with these Official Rules. The "authorised account holder" is
the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online
service provider or other organisation responsible  for assigning e-mail addresses for the
domain associated with the submitted address. Each Contestant may be required to show
proof of being an authorised account holder.
7. PROMOTER’S IP/LIMITED LICENSE:  Promoter grants eligible Contestants a limited,
revocable, non-sublicensable license to use Promoter’s name, product, trademarks and
logos (collectively, “Promoter’s IP”) for the sole  purpose of entering this Contest.
Contestants are not permitted to make any further use of Promoter’s IP for any purpose
whatsoever.  In addition, Contestants recognise that all right, title, and interest in Promoter’s
IP shall vest exclusively to the Promoter, and Contestant agrees that she has not and will
not take any action that might harm or adversely affect such rights.  No right, title, or interest 4
in and to the Promoter’s IP except for the limited  license granted to Contestant in these
Official Rules is transferred or created. Each Contestant further acknowledges and agrees
that Promoter’s IP rights are valid and enforceable, and that Contestant shall do nothing to
challenge the validity or enforceability of Promoter’s IP in any forum.  Contestants agree that
the use of Promoter’s IP is permitted only for the  purpose of making a Submission for
submission in this Contest, and that any use of Promoter’s IP (whether in the Submission or
otherwise) beyond this scope infringes the rights of Promoter and will result in irreparable
harm to Promoter.
8. JUDGING AND SELECTION OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER:   Each Entry will be judged
by a panel of qualified judges (“Judges”) selected by Promoter.  The Judges will judge each
Entry according to the following weighted factors: (1) creativity – 25%, (2) originality – 25%,
and (3) authenticity – 50
.  Each of these factors will determine the Contestant’s overall
“Score.”  The Contestant’s Entry that receives the  highest Score will be declared the
potential grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner” pending verification of eligibility and
compliance with these Official Rules).  There will  be no more than one (1) Grand Prize
Winner.  In the event of any ties, the highest score in criterion 1, “creativity” will be used to
break any ties.  In the event that there is still a tie after the first tie breaker, then the highest
score in criterion 2, “originality” will be used to break the tie.  In the event that there is still a
tie after the second tie breaker, then the highest score in criterion 3, “use of product” will be
used to break the tie. Determinations of the Administrators and the Promoter are final and
binding.
9. GRAND PRIZE, RECOMMENDED RETAIL PRICE (“RRP”) AND RESTRICTIONS:
a.  Grand Prize (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for  two people – the
Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Travel Companion”) – for five nights/six days to
attend the SPAM JAM® Festival in Honolulu, Hawaii
(the “Trip”).  The Trip will include:
round-trip economy class airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion from
a major gateway airport (selected by the Promoter,  in the Promoter’s sole discretion)
near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Honolulu, Hawaii; five nights standard hotel
accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by the Promoter in
the Promoter’s sole discretion; VIP treatment at the SPAM JAM® Festival on 27April
2013; round-trip ground transportation from the destination airport to the hotel; and a
SPAM® gift bag.
b.  RRP: The RRP of the Grand Prize is AUD $4,816.
c.  Grand Prize Restrictions and Limitations:  All Grand Prize-related travel
arrangements will be administered by the Promoter’s authorised designee. All travel
must be booked at least fourteen (14) days prior to departure.  Trip travel must be
commenced by 26 April 2013 and completed by 3 May 2013. Grand Prize travel is
subject to capacity controls, availability, weather, seasonal influences, and certain other
restrictions, all of which are subject to change. The Grand Prize Winner and Travel
Companion will be required to travel on identical itineraries, including the same
departure date and return date. The Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion are
solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documents for travel to the United
States (i.e., valid, government-issued passport/photo identification). If the Grand Prize
Winner elects to travel or partake in Grand Prize without a Travel Companion, no
additional compensation will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. Air transportation
and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. No 5
changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements
have been booked, except at the Promoter’s sole discretion. The Promoter will not pay
for or obtain any travel insurance. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with the Grand
Prize may not be eligible for upgrades, frequent flyer miles, or any other promotional
benefit. The Promoter will not replace any lost or  stolen tickets, travel vouchers or
certificates, or similar items once any such item is in the Grand Prize Winner’s
possession or in the possession of the Travel Companion. Travel must be round-trip.
The Promoter will determine flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Once the hotel and flight
arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by the Promoter
in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the
cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth
in these Official Rules and those set forth by the Promoter’s air travel prize supplier, as
detailed in the passenger ticket contract issued by such supplier.
The Travel Companion must be at least 18 years of age or the child or legal ward of the
Grand Prize Winner.
If any element of the Grand Prize is postponed or canceled for any reason, the Promoter
may, in its sole discretion, still provide Grand Prize Winner with the Trip, or the cash
equivalent of the Grand Prize.  Promoter reserves the right to reschedule the Trip if the
SPAM JAM® Festival event is postponed or cancelled for any reason.
The right to receive Grand Prize is non-assignable, non-transferable and no prize
substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Promoter who
reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value in case of unavailability of
prize or force majeure.  Federal, state, territorial and local taxes, if any, are solely
the responsibility of each winner. No substitutions, cash equivalents or transfers of a
Prize permitted by the Prize Winner.  All other costs and expenses not expressly set
forth herein shall be solely the Winner’s responsibility, including, any and all applicable
federal, state, territorial, and local taxes.  No more than one (1) Grand Prize will be
awarded.
10. GRAND PRIZE NOTIFICATION AND FULFILLMENT:  The potential Grand Prize Winner
will be notified via e-mail.  Any potential Winner who cannot be contacted by e-mail within
two (2) calendar days of this first attempted notification will forfeit the Grand Prize.  The
potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility,
Liability & Publicity Release ("Affidavit"), which must be received by Administrator within five
(5) calendar days from the date that the Affidavit is sent to the potential Grand Prize Winner
in order to claim the Grand Prize. The potential Grand Prize Winner will also be required to
sign and return a background check authorisation with the Affidavit.  Promoter reserves the
right to disqualify the potential Grand Prize Winner based on such background check if
Promoter determines in its sole discretion that awarding the Grand Prize to any such
individual might reflect negatively on the Promoter. The Travel Companion will also be
required to execute and return a notarised Liability & Publicity Release. If a potential Grand
Prize Winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit and background check authorisation within
the required time period, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if Grand Prize
notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand
Prize. If a potential Grand Prize Winner is disqualified for any reason, then the Promoter
may, but is not required to, select the next highest scoring Entry, subject to tie breakers set
forth in Section 8, to be a Grand Prize Winner. Acceptance of the Grand Prize shall
constitute and signify the Grand Prize Winner’s agreement and consent that Promoter and 6
its designees may use the Winner's name, city, state, likeness, photo, Entry and/or prize
information for promotional, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media
now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, without limitation and without further
payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.
The potential Grand Prize Winner may be required to furnish proof of identification and other
proof of eligibility under these Official Rules.  Contest Entities shall not be held responsible
for any delays in awarding prizes for any reason.
11. TAXES AND OTHER EXPENSES:  ALL FEDERAL, STATE, TERRITORIAL AND LOCAL
TAXES IMPOSED ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE GRAND PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER. ALL OTHER COSTS AND
EXPENSES NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN ARE SOLELY  THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER.
12. PRIVACY POLICY:  Any personally identifiable information collected during a Contestant’s
participation in the Contest will be collected by the Promoter or its designee and used by the
Promoter, its affiliates, designees, agents, and marketers for purposes of the proper
administration and fulfillment of the Contest as described in these Official Rules and in
accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy as stated at
http://www.hormelfoods.com/privacy.aspx and any opt-ins an entrant may have agreed to
during the registration process.
13. WARRANTY AND INDEMNITY:  Each Contestant warrant that his/her Entries are original
and that he/she is the sole and exclusive owner and rights holder of the submitted Entries
and that the Contestant has the right to submit the Entries in the Contest. Each Contestant
agrees not to submit any Entry that (1) infringes any third party proprietary rights, intellectual
property rights, industrial property rights, personal or moral rights or any other rights,
including without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or confidentiality
obligations; or (2) otherwise violates applicable U.S. or Australian laws.  To the maximum
extent permitted by Australian law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth),
each Contestant on behalf of him/herself indemnifies and agrees to keep indemnified
Contest Entities at all times from and against any  liability, claims, demands, losses,
damages, costs and expenses resulting from any act, default or omission of the Contestant
and/or a breach of any warranty set forth herein. To the maximum extent permitted by law,
each Contestant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Contest Entities, their
affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any
and all claims, actions, suits or proceedings as well as any and all losses, liabilities,
damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or
accruing from (a) any material uploaded or otherwise provided by the Contestant that
infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, trade dress, patent or other intellectual
property right of any person or defames any person  or violates their rights of publicity or
privacy, or (b) any misrepresentation made by the Contestant in connection with the
Contest. Each Contestant further agrees to release  and hold harmless Contest Entities,
including Facebook, from any and all claims that any advertising subsequently produced,
presented, and/or prepared by or on behalf of Promoter infringes Contestant's rights with
regard to any Entry.
14. ELIMINATION:  Any false information provided within the context of the Contest by any
Contestant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address,
ownership of right or any other non-compliance with these Official Rules or the like may
result in the immediate elimination of the Contestant and/or Entry from the Contest. Any 7
Participant suspected of, or found by, Promoter to  be entering Entries by automatic,
programmed, script, bot, third-party or otherwise fraudulent method, in Promoter’s sole
discretion, will be disqualified and all Entries made by such methods will be discounted.
Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person found or suspected of tampering with
the entry process or the operation of this Contest, to be acting in violation of these Official
Rules, to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy,
abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
15. INTERNET: Contest Entities are not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting
in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay  in operations or transmission. If, for any
reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer
virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention,  fraud, technical failures, or any other
causes which corrupt or affect the administration,  security, fairness, integrity, or proper
conduct of the Contest, Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify and/or
suspend the Contest and post such notice at the Page.  In the event the Contest is
canceled, terminated, modified and/or suspended, Promoter will judge the Entries received
up until that time and, provided there are enough eligible Entries to conduct the Contest, will
proceed with the Contest as defined herein.  In the event a dispute arises regarding a
specific individual entitled to receive the Grand Prize, an Entry will be declared made by the
authorised e-mail account holder and any damage made to the website will also be the
responsibility of the authorised e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the
time of entry. Contestant may be requested to provide Promoter with proof that the
Contestant is the authorised e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the
Entry. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Promoter.
16. NOT AN OFFER OR CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT: Under no circumstances shall the
submission of an Entry into the Contest, the awarding of the Grand Prize, or anything in
these Official Rules be construed as an offer or contract of employment with Promoter
and/or Administrator.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL THE CONTEST ENTITIES (FOR THIS
SECTION 17, CONTEST ENTITIES WILL INCLUDE FACEBOOK, INC.), THEIR
AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR
PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS,
EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Contest Entities assume no
responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any cause, including any form of active
or passive e-mail filtering by a user’s Internet Service Provider and/or e-mail client or for
insufficient space in user’s e-mail account to receive e-mails.  By participating in this
Contest, each Contestant agrees to release and hold harmless Contest Entities, their
affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, the
“Releasees”) from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to
persons, including death, or property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from
acceptance, use or misuse of the Grand Prize, participation, or inability to participate in
Contest, any Entries or any Contest-related activity including but not limited to Grand Prize
travel and Trip participation.  Releasees are not responsible for printing errors or for lost,
late, unintelligible, misdirected, incomplete, damaged or garbled Entries or any other
documents. Releasees are not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer, hardware,
software, programming or interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, 8
network malfunction, or other technical failures or errors, or failure to properly process
Entries; (b) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, including inability to access the Page, make Entries or other disruption related to
Internet traffic, virus, bug, or non-authorised intervention; (c) damage caused by computer
virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from Contestant's access of the Page, whether
human, mechanical or electronic; or (d) incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused
by Page users or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in the
Contest. Proof of submitting information at Page is not considered proof of delivery or
receipt. Releasees shall not be liable to the Grand Prize Winner or any other person for
failure to supply a prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s),
regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entities
(whether or not they prove to be valid), equipment  failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, fire,
flood, war, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike
(whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind,
work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Promoter’s
sole control. Releasees shall not be liable to the Grand Prize Winner or any other person for
damage to such person’s computer or its contents.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Nothing in these rules limits, excludes or modifies or
purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided
under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as  any other implied warranties
under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories
of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except  for any liability that cannot by
law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including
its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including
negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of
opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out
of the Contest.
18. DISPUTES:  THE CONTEST IS GOVERNED BY, AND WILL BE CONSTRUED IN
ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF NEW SOUTH WALES, AND THE FORUM AND
VENUE FOR ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE IN SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA. IF THE
CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT OTHERWISE RESOLVED THROUGH DIRECT
DISCUSSIONS OR MEDIATION, IT SHALL THEN BE RESOLVED BY FINAL AND
BINDING ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY LEADR - ASSOCIATION OF DISPUTE
RESOLVERS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES
OR SUBSEQUENT VERSIONS THEREOF (“LEADR RULES”).  THE LEADR RULES FOR
SELECTION OF AN ARBITRATOR SHALL BE FOLLOWED, EXCEPT THAT THE
ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN
AUSTRALIA.  ALL PROCEEDINGS BROUGHT PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH
WILL BE CONDUCTED IN SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA.  TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED UNDER
AUSTRALIAN LAW, THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL
DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER
PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING
ATTORNEY’S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR
TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF.
19. GENERAL: All federal, state, territorial and local laws and regulations apply. Promoter
reserves the right, to disqualify any Contestant found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering
with the operation of the Contest; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be
acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of this 9
Contest. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like methods to
participate in the Contest will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and
the disqualification of the individual utilising the same. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO
DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE, THE PAGE OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION  OF CRIMINAL AND
CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES
THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH
PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW.  All Entries and/or materials submitted become the property of
Promoter and will not be returned. Void in all jurisdictions except those specifically included
herein and wherever restricted or prohibited by law. If any provision of these Official Rules or
any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable
or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in
such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and
enforceable.  In the event of any conflict with any Contest details contained in these Official
Rules and Contest details contained in Contest Materials (including but not limited to point of
sale, television, and print advertising, packaging, and other Contest media), the details of
the Contest as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
