- Wednesday December 05 or Thursday December 06, 2012Entrants who are unable to take the Prize on the dates specified may be deemed ineligible to enter and will forfeit any entitlement to a Prize.
Entrants must be able to take their Prize at their nominated place of residence or workplace on the day and time as specified by the Promoter, in the Promoters absolute and sole discretion.
If in the Promoter’s opinion, the residence or workplace in which the Optimize 15 Team are working as part of the Prize fulfilment is unsuitable (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) the Promoter reserves the right to immediately revoke the Prize without compensation or replacement to a Prize winner.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: a) taking a Prize; b) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); c) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; d) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; e) any variation in offer value to that stated in these conditions of entry; or f) any tax liability incurred by a Prize winner.
By entering this Promotion, entrants and their companions grant to the Promoter and GSK without additional compensation a non-exclusive, Australia wide, in perpetuity, royalty free, transferable licence to use and exploit any material recorded (including but not limited to images and videos) whilst taking part in the activity (by participating in the Promotion and taking the Prize) for the purposes of conducting and promoting this Promotion and for the purpose of advertising and marketing the Promoter and GSK, on all media now known or later devised, without any additional compensation.
Competition Period
The competition begins at 5pm AEDST on Tuesday November 13, 2012.
Entries into the competition close at 6.59pm AEDST on Sunday December 02, 2012.Entry Method

During the Competition Period:
a) To enter, participants must visit the Competition Website

b) All entrants will need to answer the online question in 25 words or less,
“Tell us the jobs you would like the Optimize 15 team to take care of (for example, household / workplace chores), so you can spend more time doing the things you love!”
For example: “I would like to have my housework completed so I can enjoy a nice cup of hot coffee and read the paper from front to back”
c) Each entry received prior to each Judging Period (listed below) will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Promoter.
Judging One: between 9.00am and 12.00pm AEDST on Friday November 16, 2012,
Judging Two: between 9.00am and 12.00pm AEDST on Friday November 23, 2012
Judging Three: between 8.00am and 11.00am AEDST on Monday December 03, 2012.
The Promoter will select five (5) entries that it deems to be the “best” and most “creative” (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion and based on the Judging Criteria) from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
d) Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
e) The Promoter will then telephone the winning entrants (as judged by the Promoter in its absolute and sole discretion) and they will be deemed winners and will each receive a Prize (a visit from The Optimize 15 Team) to their nominated household or workplace address.
* Entrants will also be asked if they would like to receive further Panadol news and promotions from GSK, if entrant selects “yes” in the opt in box their contact details will be provided to GSK. Entrants may at any time unsubscribe from communications from GSK by following the unsubscribe procedure contained in GSK communications to subscribers.

Judging Criteria
Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on, among other things, entertainment value and creativity in responding to the entry question and ability to take the Prize on the dates designated in the Prize Details and as specified by the Promoter.
No correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute, and the Promoters decision is final.
Prize Details
There are five (5) prizes to be won, as follows:
Prize: Each Prize winner will receive a visit to their nominated residence or workplace address from the Optimize 15 Team on one of the following day/s or as specified by the Promoter;
- Thursday November 22 or Friday November 23, 2012
- Tuesday November 27 or Wednesday November 28, 2012
- Wednesday December 05 or Thursday December 06, 2012
15 people from the Optimize 15 Team will spend 15 minutes at the Prize winners nominated address to complete the household / work place chores as specified in the entrants competition entry (Prize implementation is determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion)
Whilst the Optimize 15 Team are working hard to complete the Prize winners nominated chores within 15 minutes the Prize winner will be invited to relax and complete what they wanted to do if they had that time back. As examples only, but not limited to, spending time with the kids, going to the park with the kids, enjoying a tea or coffee whilst reading a magazine, etc.
The Optimize 15 Team will perform the tasks as nominated by the Prize winner from their entry submission. Parameters of work could include but will not be limited to:
Light house work, grocery shopping, gardening, washing the car, cooking, etc.
The Prize is valued at up to a maximum of $900.00 (inc GST) at the cost rate of the activity.
Scope of Work: the Optimize 15 Team will not undertake any work that is dangerous, unsafe or beyond a reasonable person’s capacity or that requires any formal qualification or licence. For the avoidance of doubt, the suitability of any task undertaken by the Optimize 15 Team shall be determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.During the Optimize 15 Team activation the Prize winner and the Optimize 15 Team may be photographed and filmed for promotional use and publication on the Competition website. By entering the Optimize 15 Team Competition, entrants grant the Promoter rights to film and photograph at the Promoters discretion.For the avoidance of doubt “The Optimize 15 team” is a team of 15 people who will be sent out to each selected prize winners house or workplace as judged by the Promoter in the Promoter’s absolute and sole discretion and will perform a range of task’s as requested by that of the Prize Winner. This team of people are promotional staff organised through DMG Radio (Australia) Pty. Ltd.

Prize Claim Date and Time
Prize/s must be claimed by the Prize winners during their visit from the Optimize15 Team on one the following dates (as nominated by the Promoter)

- Tuesday November 27 or Wednesday November 28, 2012
- Wednesday December 05 or Thursday December 06, 2012
If for any reason a winner does not, or cannot, take an element of the Prize on the nominated dates, then that element of the Prize will be forfeited by the winner.
Prize Delivery
The prize/s will be delivered to the winner’s residential or workplace address as nominated by the Prize winner at the time of entering the Competition by the Optimize 15 Team.
