Entry is open to residents of Australia only. 2. The promotion commences 12 November and
closes on 7 December 2012, 9:30AM AEDST 3. Promotion details and instructions on how to enter are as follows: a. To enter, entrants need to become a fan and ‘LIKE’ the Wonderful Pistachios Australia Facebook page on
www.facebook.com/WonderfulPistachiosAUS during the Promotional Period of the competition (12 November to 7 December 2012). If individuals already ‘Like’ the Wonderful Pistachios Australia Facebook page, they are still eligible to enter. b. Entrants need to click on the ‘Competition WIN Tab’ and follow the instructions to register their entry information. Please be advised that only the person submitting the information will be entered. c. Entrants must complete the entry form with their full name, postal address, email address, phone number, selection of a Wonderful Pistachios flavour and their answer in 25 words or less to the below question. d. All entrants must answer the following question in 25 words or less: i. Tell us why you’re nuts about pistachios. e. Each entry must: i. Contain the full name, email address, phone number, and postal address of the entrant; ii. Answer the question above in 25 words or less; iii. Be the original work of the entrant; iv. Not be offensive, defamatory, unlawful or likely to cause offense to other persons; v. Free of any claims, including copyright claims, by other parties vi. The Promoter may exclude any entry that does not meet these criteria f. Winners will be selected on the basis of literary and creative merit. g. Winners will be notified in writing to the email address they nominated in their entry h.
40 x winners, 10 winners each week for four (4) weeks, will each receive a choice of one of these Wonderful Pistachios varieties: Roasted & Salted; Salt & Pepper or Sweet Chili Wonderful Pistachios. i. There are 40 x 250g packs of Wonderful Pistachios, each valued at $7.49 to be given away over a four week period. The total prize pool is $299.60 j. The 10 winners will be selected on 16 November 2012 at 9:30am; 23 November 2012 at 9:30am, 30 November 2012 at 9:30am, and 7 December 2012 9:30am. The winner selection will take place at Tesch Communications of 1/18-22 Thomson Street South Melbourne VIC 3205. 4. The Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part is determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on its creative and literary merit. The best entries as determined by the judges, will win a prize. The judges’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. 5. Entrants are only eligible to win one prize each for the duration of the promotion. 6. The winners agree to allow Wonderful Pistachios Australia to display their first name on our Facebook page to inform others of the winner. 7. The Promoter will not be responsible for lost prizes caused by incorrect addresses provided by the prize winner. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit by Australia Post. 8. The promoter may select additional reserve entries that they determine to be the next best in the event of an unclaimed prize or an invalid entry, or ineligible entrant being selected as a winner. 9.
