There were no T&Cs available at the time of posting, however I looked up the permit number on the NSW Fair Trading licence check
here and it provides a draw date of 7pm on 4th December 2012, and prize value of $2,000. I've put the close date as 30th November to make sure entries are in a few days before the draw date, just in case
