Entry is only open to Australian residents over 18 years of age who reside in New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Queensland. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. The prize will be drawn by a nominated representative of Scarborough Wine Co on Monday 17th December 2012. The draw will take place at 9am at 53 Francis Street Leichhardt NSW 2040.
The best two responses will each receive four tickets to the VIP Viewing area at Dawes Point on New Years Eve 2011 (31.12.2012) – worth $800 per person and a food and beverage package (worth $50 per person). All ancillary costs associated with attending the New Years Eve event including but not limited to transport, accommodation, spending money and additional drinks are not included. The 4 x tickets to the New Years Eve event must be redeemed by the winner and three (3) companions 18 years of age and over.
Entry into the New Years Eve event is subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the winner (and his/ her companions) for any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst attending the New Years Eve event.
Total prize pool value is $6,800 in total. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on 24/12/2012 at 9.00am in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery of Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA) and Reg 10 of the Art Unions and Public Amusements Regulations 1992 (Qld).
