Welcome to the Aldi sponsored Goodies Giveaway for Aldi Mums (the “Giveaway”). The following sets forth Aldi Mums Giveaway Rules (“Giveaway Rules”). By entering the Giveaway, you are agreeing to these Giveaway Rules. Aldi is the sole sponsor of the Giveaway and it may change or cancel the Giveaway and/or these Giveaway Rules at any time.
The Giveaway will run through November 6, 2012 – November 30, 2012.
No Purchase NecessaryThere is no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway and making a purchase will not improve your chances of being selected as part of the Giveaway.
Entering the Giveaway
To enter you must provide an email, name and date of birth (must be over 18 to enter) as part of the Giveaway entrance.
You are able to only enter once for this Giveaway. Do not submit duplicate entries or addresses as this will not improve your chances of winning.
Use of Entrant Information
Any information you fill out for this Giveaway will not be used for any other purpose except to notify you if you are the winner.
Drawings
The winner is randomly selected from all eligible entries. Winners are announced on the Friday after the giveaway closes. Aldi Mum’s decision is final. Aldi Mum notifies the winner by email. If the email address is invalid or the notification cannot be delivered, Aldi Mum will select another winner at random. If a dispute arises over entitlement to a prize, the winner is the person to whom the email account was assigned by the appropriate agency, internet service provider, business, or organization.
Prizes
The winner will receive one Aldi Mum Goodies Pack as described in the Campaign Details. Aldi Mum may substitute another prize at its discretion.
Eligibility
Each email address may win only once. The Giveaway is open only to legal Australian residents 18 years of age or older.
