Terms and Conditions
Ribbon's Fishing Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply for the Zinc 102.7 and Villis Cakes & Pies promotion for Ribbons Game Fishing Tournament. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with Prime Radio Network General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The promotion is from Sunday 11 November to Friday 23rd November 2012, with the active competition being conducted from Monday 12th to Thursday 22nd November 2012.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Listeners are invited to be register their details at WIN ON THE WEB -
www.radiozinc.com.auListeners can enter as many times as they like, however only one prize will be awarded for the overall competition.
The prize winner must collect their prize letter from reception at the Cairns Media Centre, Level 2, 68 Abbott Street Cairns, by NO LATER than 4.55pm on Thursday 29 November. Failure to collect the prize by this time will result in its forfeiture.
No entry mechanism into this promotion, other than that described above, is possible.
4. PRIZE
1 x person + 1 x guest (2) invited to join the Villis Cakes & Pies team (2) for the Ribbons Game Fishing Tournament.
Briefing & Calcutta – Friday 30 November at 7pm at Salthouse.
Fishing Tournament – Saturday 1 December at 6am at Marlin Marina. (Food & Beverages will be provided.)
2 x Rod & Reel Combos – thanks to Erskines Tackleworld & Ribbons Game Fishing – Shimano TLD20 Reel + Hot pink Lipstick Stand-up short stroker Rod.
5. PRIZE PRESENTATION
Prize will be awarded to prize winner upon successful completion of the tasks required to win the prize (as detailed above in "method of entry"). Prizes will be available for collection from reception at the Cairns Media Centre, Level 2, 68 Abbott Street Cairns, after 12:00pm on the day they are won.
6. ADULTS ONLY
Entrants in this competition must be over the age of 18 years. Proof of ID may be required to claim a prize. Guests of the prize winner also have to be over the age of 18, as alcohol will be available onboard the vessel.
7. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO NETWORK and EVENT CINEMAS and VILLIS PIES & CAKES against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Prime Radio reserves the right to alter or drop contest hours from the competition in any or all markets due to changed programming conditions in the event of a natural disaster or for any other unforeseeable reason, without any notification to any entrant being required.
9. NOTIFICATION
Prize winners will be notified that they have won at the time of their entry into the competition.
10. ENTRY CONDITIONS
Employees and their immediate families of Prime Radio and Event Cinemas and Channel Seven Cairns are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors, prize providers and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
If after a prize has been awarded a breach of eligibility is discovered, the prize will not be issued.
Prime Radio reserves the right to change the entry details of the competition at any stage throughout the promotion, without any notification to any entrant being required.
11. SELECTION OF WINNERS
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
