6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. No entries received after the closing date will be recognised as eligible and no responsibility is accepted for lost, late or misdirected mail or incomplete or incomprehensible entries. All entries remain the property of the Promoter.
7. Promotion commences on December 7, 2012 at 6pm and entries can be received from this date. Entries close on January 31, 2013 at 5pm. The winning entries will be selected at Network Video Head Office on the Febuary 4, 2013. Winners will be notified by phone or email. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. To receive the prize, winners must be a member of a Network Video store. If you are not a member, upon winning, you can join your nearest store to collect your prize.
10. In the event that the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
11. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges are possible and prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or anything else.
12. Any change in the value of prizes between the publishing date and the date when prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
13. Any additional costs incurred by the winner, other than those which forms part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
15. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as necessary in order to distribute any prizes that remain unclaimed. This subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming regulations 1993 (SA).

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner (or any companion to the winner) to take part in any part, or all aspects of the prize if the Promoter determines in their absolute discretion that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize and the Promoter will not be liable for any loss of opportunity or otherwise. No compensation will be offered or paid. No responsibility is accepted for any late, lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will not be accepted. Ineligible, incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible.

If you provide information about yourself to Network Video, Network Video will use this information to provide you with the products or services you have requested, and may supply your information to the companies that help Network Video do this. The winner releases the Promoters from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected to this competition.

28. Accommodation is subject to availability. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
29. Accommodation will not be available on public holidays or whilst there are any major State or National based events occurring in the city of the hotel.
30. Reservations may be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours prior to your arrival date without charge. Failure to provide sufficient notification will result in a no show/cancellation charge of a full night's tariff. The winner will be unable to redeem the prize for a second time.
31. Please be advised that we must be notified of cancellations at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
32. QLD winner can only redeem accommodation prize at the Diamant Hotel Brisbane in the Diamant Suite.
33. ACT winner can only redeem accommodation prize at the Diamant Hotel Canberra in the Diamant Suite.
34. NSW winner can only redeem accommodation prize at The Diamant Hotel Sydney in the Courtyard Suite.
35. VIC winner can only redeem accommodation prize at The Pensione Hotel Melbourne Double Room.
36. WA winner can only redeem accommodation prize at The Pensione Hotel Perth in the Premium Double.
37. NT winner can only redeem accommodation prize at The Pensione Hotel Perth in the Premium Double.

39. Does not include any additional services outside of the standard inclusive services including meals at the hotel or mini bar (if additional charges apply).
40. In the event the winner does not take the prize stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
41. Winner may be asked to present credit card at time of accommodation check-in.
42. Any loss or damages made to the hotel or guest rooms are the responsibility of the winner.
