CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. Prize Value up to $13,000 including GST
2. Prize Definition:
2.1 One (1) Daikin reverse cycle ducted unit up to 6HP (Standard Inverter model FDYQN150). If the winners home requires a smaller unit the appropriate sized unit will be supplied. No credit is available for difference.
2.2 All typical residential componentry, installation, electrical and refregerant work is included.
2.3 Warranty - 2 years on installation. 5 years on manufacturers (Daikin) parts and labour. All warranties subject to Ford & Doonan and Daikin's standard conditions.
3. Installation:
3.1 Commercial Installations are not applicable - Domestic only.
3.2 The installation is completed to standard Ford & Doonan specifications and terms and conditions of sale.
4. No allowance in prize for the homes electrical supply to be up-graded to acept the air conditioning system. This can be arranged byt would be chargeable to the winner.
5. The prize must be fully installed by Ford & Doonan before 31/01/2013. Homes under construction are not applicable for the prize, unless installation done in one visit.
6. The prize, or part thereof is not transferrable for cash.
7. The winners agree that Ford & Doonan and 6PR may use photo's of them in subsequent publication on newsletters.
8. Items required for the prize to be installed that do not form part of the prize as defined will be chargeable to the winner if they so authorise. There are such as but not limited to:
8.1 Cranage or scaffolding
8.2 Removal of an existing system
8.3 Non-standard installations
8.4 Plant rooms, platforms or the like.
8.5 Building work required to accommodate the system
9. The prize can only be transferred from the winner to another person IF approved by Ford & Doonan once the circumstances are known to Ford & Doonan, and they agree.
10. Country prize winners. The $13,000 value includes any associated travel, accommodation, and transportation costs.
