1 Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these
conditions of entry.
2 This competition commences at Greensborough Plaza on
9am Monday 26th November 2012 and ends at 5pm Sunday
30th December 2012.
3 Children aged up to and including 12 years should complete
the colouring in activity and their parent or guardian must fill
in details as per below.
4 The 4 winning entrants will win one of 4 family passes to see
Disney Live!
5 Family passes comprise of 4 tickets and may be subject to the
ticket providers own terms and conditions.

6 Tickets are for Friday 25 January 2013 at 1.00pm at the
Plenary – Melbourne Convention Centre.
7 Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
8 The prizes must be redeemed by Friday 12th January 2013.
Unclaimed prizes by this date will go into a second chance draw
and will be distributed accordingly.
9 The winning entries will be judged at the Centre Management
office on Monday 31st December 2012.
10 This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining
the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on
creative merit.
11 The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be
entered into. The winners will be selected at the discretion of
Centre Management.
12 The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred
or exchanged.
13 The winner will be notified by way of phone to the parent or
guardian noted on the entry form.
14 The competition judge’s decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
15 The prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on
the winner’s behalf.
16 Participation in this competition implies acceptance of all
conditions of entry.
17 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at
any time and without notice.
18 The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage
whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to
direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or
