By participating in the Competition, individuals accept these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Information on how to participate and prizes form part of these Conditions.
All references to times and dates are to times and dates in Sydney, which may be Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") or Australian Eastern Daylight Time ("AEDT") depending on the date.
The word "including" means "including without limitation" and "includes", "included" and "in particular" are also to be understood as being without limitation.
All references to dollars or "$" are references to Australian dollars.

Participation in the Competition is open to Australian residents only. Employees and their immediate families of The Promoter are ineligible to claim.
Information on how to participate in the Competition
Each person who takes part in the "Pass the Parcel & Win Instantly" Instant Win Competition is to follow these instructions;

Watch the video and click “Stop” at any point to unwrap the parcel.
Watch to see if the participant has won or lostIf the participant has won they go on to fill out a “Claim Form” and hit submit to verify their win and that is the end of their participation for the day
If the participant doesn’t win that is the end of their participation for that day
Each person can participate in the competition one time per day. If a person attempts to participate in the competition more that one time per day they will receive the notification “Sorry, Try Again Tomorrow”.

Total value of the instant win prize pool is up to $22,149.35The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize. If any prize is unavailable, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter may offer an alternative prize of equivalent value and specification, subject to any directions from a lottery authority.
It is condition of accepting a prize that the instant winner must comply with all of the conditions of use for the prize, and the prize supplier's requirements.
Members will be notified whether or not they are a provisional instant winner.
All instant winners will be confirmed in writing by way of a letter sent by the Promoter via email or mail. The instant winners will be published on the Promoters Website, Blog, Facebook Page and Twitter Page.
Quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid instant prize claim. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these Conditions, if a quality control error occurs, all valid prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be honoured. Instant win notification messages are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way. There will be a maximum of one hundred and fifty five (155) instant win notification messages sent.
Any instant prizes that remain unclaimed by 31st January 2013, if any, will be deemed invalid and won’t be sent out after that date.
