9.Should any prize remain unclaimed an unclaimed prize draw from all non-winning entries will take place at 2.00 PM AEST at M WEBSTER HOLDINGS PTY LTD T/A JIGSAW - 219-231 Botany Road, Waterloo, on the 07/01/13. The winners will be notified via email.
10.The Promoter accepts no responsibility, and shall not be liable for any loss incurred in the event that the prize is lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way, once delivered to the winner. If for any reason whatsoever the winner is unable to redeem the prize as stated then the winner will forfeit their prize and will not receive another prize or cash in lieu of this prize.
11.The prize is valued in Australian dollars. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing.
