If you don’t have your receipt for proof of purchase, a photo of your competition promoted pack next to your favourite egg recipe will suffice.
The major prize winner will be contacted on 31/01/13 by telephone and all competition results will be published on the Golden Eggs website.
Terms & Conditions:1. Entry and other instructions contained within this promotion form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Employees, directors, officers, management and immediate families of West Coast Eggs, and the associated company providing the prize are ineligible to enter. Immediate family is deemed to be siblings, parents, children, and family living under the same roof.
3. Entry is open only to residents of WA who are over the age of 18 years.
4. Competition commences on 29/10/12 at 12.00 noon (AWST) and closes 31/01/13 at 12.00 noon (AWST). Entries must be received before the closing time and date.
5. How to enter: Send a copy of your favourite egg recipe, a return address and a receipt for Golden Eggs bought within the specified dates as proof of purchase to Golden Eggs Recipe Competition, PO Box 2046, Palmyra 6961 or bring to Golden Eggs 43-53 McGregor Road, Palmyra. Every entry wins a prize; winners will be contacted by mail.
6. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Major prize travel tickets are strictly non-transferrable.
7. The Company takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or misdirected prizes.
8. Any change in the value of the prizes between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the company/s. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, the Company reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value.
9. There will be one winner chosen from the total pool of entries received. On 31/01/13 a panel of judges will select the one winning entry. The Company’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Neither the Company nor associated bodies will be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in relation to this promotion or the acceptance of any prizes (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence).
