www.brinno.com.au , register name, email, address, postcode,state and answer the following question in 25 words of less - "What do you like the most about Christmas?" The entry must be: a) the original, independent creation of the entrant that has not previously been published in any form in any country in the world; and b) free from any claims, including copyright or trademark claims by other parties.
Entries that are found to have been derived from another person's work in any country in the world will be considered invalid and, if awarded a prize, that prize must be returned to the Promoter. The Winners may be required to sign a statutory declaration regarding the originality of the entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry it believes breaches any of these conditions.

The entry process of the competition opens on the 9th November 2012
and the close date is 5pm on the 14th December 2012,All entries must be received by 5pm on the 14th December 2012 to be eligible to be reviewed by the panel of judges.
Judging at all stages by the judging panel will take place at the offices of the Promoter or a venue to be determined by the Promoter.
The winner will be contacted by brinno.com.au by email on 14th December 2012.
Once the judging has taken place on the 14th December 2012, no further correspondence will be entered into.
Value of total prize is maximum $250 AUD including GST. There will be only 1 (one) winner.The winner will be awarded with the prize he/she selected during the time of registraton:
If the Promoter is unable to contact a Winner within two (2) weeks of the date of judging the Competition, that Winner will forfeit the relevant Prize in its entirety and the Prize shall be awarded to the next runner up in the Competition. The Promoter will not be liable for a Winner who does not respond to the Promoter's email or telephone contact attempts and therefore forfeits their Prize and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter reserves the right to validate entries and entrant information (date of birth, identity, place of residence etc). The promoter reserves the right to disqualify, at any time, any entrant who provides false information or tampers with the entry process that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
This prize is non transferrable.
