ERP Channel Inspirations Paint Competition ("Promotion") Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter this Promotion and Prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
The promoter is Pronto Software Pty Ltd ABN 47 001 337 248, 20 Lakeside Drive, East Burwood, VIC 3151 Australia ("Promoter").
The Promotion will run from 2.00pm AEDT 5 December 2012 through to 5.00pm AEDT 4 January 2013.
Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years who answer the question and comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Eligible Entrants").
To enter the Promotion and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must submit their answer in 25 words or less to the question of “why you want to win” at
www.erpchannel.com/win by 5.00pm AEDT 4 January 2013. ("Eligible Entry")
Incomplete, illegible or indecipherable entries, and entries submitted after 5.00pm AEDT 4 January 2013, will be invalid.
Employees, management and contractors of the Promoter and companies associated with this Promotion (including their immediate families) are ineligible to enter.
The Eligible Entry judged by the Promoter to be the most creative and relevant at 20 Lakeside Drive East Burwood VIC 3151 Australia on 5 January 2013 at 9:00am AEDT will win a $1,000 gift voucher to spend on supplies and colour consultancy at Inspirations Paint stores (“Prize”).
The winner will be notified via email by 6 January 2013 and will be required to provide the Promoter with an Australian postal address. The winner’s Prize will be delivered to the winner's Australian address within 28 days of the Event. Prizes will only be delivered to an address in Australia.
The winners’ name will be published online at
www.erpchannel.com/win on 6 January 2013 and will be referenced in posts on Pronto Software’s Twitter and Facebook pages.
Only 1 entry per person is permitted.
Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event that the Promoter is unable to supply a Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative Prize of similar monetary value.
All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use entrants' names and addresses for future marketing or sales follow up, unless otherwise advised by the entrant on the entry form or by the entrant calling the Promoter on +61 3 9887 7770. Entrants can request access to or correction of their details by contacting the Promoter on +61 3 9887 7770.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or as a result of accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter offers no advice and accepts no taxation liability arising from or in connection with the Prizes offered under the promotion. Any taxation liability arising from winning a Prize is the responsibility of the Prize winner or their employer.
Should a winner be unable to accept a Prize due to employment regulations or any other reason, they will be offered the opportunity to direct the Promoter to donate their Prize directly to a charity of their choice on the winner's behalf. If a winner decides to relinquish their Prize, the Promoter will judge the next most creative Eligible Entry within two weeks of such winner notifying them of the decision to relinquish their Prize, and will notify the subsequent winner within two business days of the judging.
The Promoter's decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry into this competition will be deemed to be an acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
