If individuals already ‘Like’ the Woolworths Facebook page, they are still eligible to enter, and they need to follow the prompts as directed to the competition entry page including installing the Facebook App and allowing permissions and following instructions on the screen to play the game during the Promotional Period.
Entrants will be required to install the competition entry App, follow the instructions on the screen, play the game and then input the requested details including their first name, last name, address, suburb, state and email address. The fully completed entry form must be submitted between the Promotional Period.

Entry is open to residents from Australia, aged 13 years and over only. Directors, management and employees of Woolworths Ltd and its agencies directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. If a winner is under 18 years of age, then the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian of the winner, on the winner’s behalf.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age, place of residence and Woolworths employment status) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications, or technical difficulties. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
Promotion commences at 09:00 AEDST Wednesday 12/12/2012
and closes at 11:59pm AEDST on Sunday 01/01/2013 (the "Promotional Period"). Entrants are permitted to play the game an unlimited amount of times. Each person who enters the competition must:
complete the game within the allocated time frame;
have played the game themselves; it must not have been played by an automated program or bot;
enter their details and checking that they agree with the competition terms
If an entrant's score is deemed, in the Promoter's absolute discretion, to be in violation of any of the above entry criteria, they will exclude that entry and not be able to enter again. There will be 5 daily winners, each day, over the Promotional Period. The daily winners will be determined by their scores, with the five (5) highest scorers on each day being deemed winners of a minor prize. If multiple entrants have the same winning score on the same day, the person who reached the highest score first will be deemed the winner. There are one hundred and five (105) minor prizes in total. Each minor prize consists of one (1) Woolworths Gift Card valued at $50 each. There is one (1) major prize which consists of Woolworths Gift Cards with a total value of $5000. The total prize pool is valued at a maximum of $10,250 AUD. Prizes are not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of publishing (inclusive of GST). The one (1) Major Prize winner will be determined on Tuesday 08/01/13 from all of the entries received during the promotion period. The Major Prize winner will be the person who has reached the highest score of the game overall during the Promotional Period.
The daily allocation of the $50 Woolworths Gift Cards will take place at 1 Woolworths Way, Bella Vista NSW 2153 on the following dates: 12/12/2012, 13/12/2012, 14/12/2012, 15/12/2012, 16/12/2012, 17/12/2012, 18/12/2012, 19/12/2012, 20/12/2012, 21/12/2012, 22/12/2012, 23/12/2012, 24/12/2012, 25/12/2012, 26/12/2012. 27/12/2012, 28/12/2012, 29/12/2012, 30/12/2012, 31/12/2012 and 01/01/2013. All valid entries received within the Promotional Period will be eligible for the Major Prize. This is a game of limited skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
The Major Prize winner and the Daily Prize winners will be announced on 8/1/2013 on the Woolworths website:

By entering, entrants give Woolworths Supermarkets permission to publish their first name, state and Facebook profile picture on the Woolworths Facebook page. The winner of the Major Prize also gives permission for Woolworths Limited to use these details across Woolworths’ online properties including, but not limited to the Woolworths Facebook page, Woolworths website, and associated Woolworths Limited publications.
The Promoter may select additional reserve entries that they determine to be the next best in the event of an unclaimed prize or an invalid entry or ineligible entrant being selected as a winner.
All prize winners will be notified in writing by email by the 8th January 2013. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Daily Winners' prizes will be delivered by Australia Post within 21 days of the competition ending to the delivery address used during registration. It is the responsibility of the winners to ensure that the address is correct and that they can accept delivery of their Woolworths Gift Card. The Promoter will not be responsible for lost prizes caused by incorrect addresses provided by the prize winner. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes damaged, delayed or lost in transit.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
All entrants unconditionally and irrevocably release and discharge Facebook from any and all liability in relation to this Promotion. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By entering this competition, entrants are providing information to Woolworths Limited and not to Facebook.
